“The flowers were absolutely beautiful and arrived at the time I ordered. The blooms were top quality and they look even better today (4 days later). They came with comprehensive care instructions. I will not hesitate to use Serenata Flowers again”

“Due to be delivered on the 5th of May, not actually delivered until the afternoon of the 8th of May - not much point using a company that cannot be trusted to do what it says it will. :(”

“I asked for flowers to go to a neighbour if not in but just left ourside if full sun roses had been affected not happy as no one listen to my request who would leave flowers outside in temp of 26 degree”

“First time using Serenata and certainly not the last. A great choice of flowers & gifts, free next day delivery and great communication. Bouquet bought for my Aunts birthday, her opinion was they were gorgeous. Top job Serentana.”

“The flowers were for a friends birthday and she was very happy with them UNFORTUNATELY... the flowers were left on her doorstep, so someone could have easily picked them up and walked off with them... luckily her husband came home and found them. Perhaps the delivery driver could leave them with a next door neighbor... worth a thought!!”

“Bought on Saturday morning, to send to my mother-in-law who had just come out of hospital, and they arrived the next day, which was the Sunday morning. She said the flowers were beautiful, thank you very much Serenata Flowers.”

“Told by my friend “Flowers beautiful.” BUT delivery person could not find her apartment. Suggest you include a “Recipient’s contact phone number” to assist with delivery. On second attempt, delivery van was parked in her husband’s reserved parking space. When challenged, the delivery man said “Looking for apartment XXX.” He asked the best person - he lived there!”

“I was unable to correct the address on order number 218367574 as I only realised the mistake on reading your confirmation email. Although I emailed the mistake( which was to the gated apartments next door) it was impossible to change. I have been unable to track the delivery but they have not been received by my friend on her birthday. This is very disappointing as I have used your service before and have always been satisfied. I presume that I have paid for a service which I have not received.”
