“Able to order a qute short notice. Cheaper than interflora. Recipient was delighted with the flowers and the delivery driver bought her a bar of chocolate when he realised it was her birthday - excellent value and service”

“The flowers were, according to the recipients, great. The problem was that I was not able to include a message. I was given a choice of cards, but didn't find any of them appropriate so I clicked on "no card". Suddenly my order was placed, but without a message. Within ten seconds I clicked on edit, but received the message it was too late. It was explained to me later (in an email response to my complaint), that "no card" signifies "no message". Considering only seconds had elapsed between the time the order was placed and I realised the error, it should have been possible to include a message. Will not use this company again, despite the pretty arrangements.”
