“I booked 10 days in advance for flowers and wine on the occasion of my mother's 91st birthday, at a cost of $54.97. I received an email confirmation of 'guaranteed delivery' on Saturday May 19th. When the day arrived, I tracked the order to learn that it had arrived at the local depot on May 18th for onward delivery. However, it was not delivered until Monday 21st - 2 days later. Three days later the flowers died, since they had sat in a warehouse over a week-end. To be reasonable I did not request a full refund, but only a credit note for the flowers. The Customer Service response was that I should have read the small print , which states that there is no guarantee for Northern Ireland. Given I ordered 10 days in advance and that guaranteed delivery was stated on their reply, this is unfair. My attempts to escalate to Management were met with the same response and then no reply at all. I would not recommend this company - poor product and service.”

“Very prompt delivery, and the person to whom I sent them said they were lovely. Only comment I have is that I did not realize that the vase was not included -- which at least explains why I had the option to add a vase to my purchase. Fortunately the lack of a vase was not a problem.”

“We've used Serenata Flowers before, typically for flower and plant deliveries. However this time we wanted something for Fathers Day (last minute as usual) so I thought I'd look and see if Serenata Flowers had anything, which they did and we ordered Dad a beer and cheese hamper, the day before Fathers Day. The tracking tool is easy to use and we received an email on the day telling us what time it was due to be delivered and then when it had been delivered. My Dad loved it :)”
