“Lovely flowers my niece was very pleased and they did arrive on time, and when they said they would. I was also kept in touch with a email saying they had been delivered. They were good quality and price, I will definitely use again unlike the last ones who did not deliver my sisters funeral flowers at all. Unforgivable.”

“Very disappointed, I paid nearly £50 for flowers for my mum & dad 40th wedding anniversary and I would have been better getting them from a garage !!! They had been smashed about by the courier so the very few stems that were in the box were broken . Would never buy from them again .”

“I ordered for a friend who had just received some bad news. They arrived as requested the next day and I had a message to say that they had bought a tear to her eyes as they were so beautiful. The website is easy to use and they were very reasonably priced so overall I'm very happy.”

“We ordered flowers from your website from here in New Zealand to be delivered to Oxfordshire London. We were delighted to receive notification that the flowers have been despatched, then another message that they had been delivered. The recipients were delighted to receive our flowers on their 60th wedding anniversary. Thanks so much Serenata.”
