“I ordered for a friend who had just received some bad news. They arrived as requested the next day and I had a message to say that they had bought a tear to her eyes as they were so beautiful. The website is easy to use and they were very reasonably priced so overall I'm very happy.”

“We ordered flowers from your website from here in New Zealand to be delivered to Oxfordshire London. We were delighted to receive notification that the flowers have been despatched, then another message that they had been delivered. The recipients were delighted to receive our flowers on their 60th wedding anniversary. Thanks so much Serenata.”

“Very few flowers, even though I had upgraded. Not enough to fill a small vase and the stems were so short we have had to put them in a drinking glass! Not value for money in my opinion. Although the blooms were very pretty and delivery was on time.”
