“It is impossible to get a refund from this company because they make a decision and then just close the case. It is also not possible to contact them by phone - they just don't do it. The first delivery was in a very poor condition so birthday gift was spoilt. I wanted refund but had to accept another delivery a week later which was just as bad. This company is obviously giving some good service but their way of dealing with problems is awful. No telephone contact just email and so many automated responses you could scream. After 2 days of photographs and over 35 emails backwards and forwards they just closed the case! I even had a photo of the signature from the delivery driver to say that he would witness how poor they were for £40. He said he wouldn't pay £4.00 for them. What a way to run a business. They could have 100% customer satisfaction if they just changed a few things. So shortsighted but they are obviously making enough money not to care. Very annoyed about the whole episode.”

“Extremely poor bunch of flowers for the price, had to go and buy more to save the embarrassment. But, contacted customer services and they resolved the matter instantly. So to summarise, poor flowers (this time) but excellent service.”

“Great easy to use online ordering system. Efficient delivery! Most importantly great value for money: £25 got me a beautiful bunch of exotic flowers! The only thing that was a bot surprising was that they weren't delivered a a bunch that is handed to the person but they were in a box so the person I ordered them for didn't immediately realise what it was and kept them in the box till the end of the day. Also it would have made more impact if the delivery driver walked into the office with this beautiful bunch. I guess that would also act as a 'free of charge' advert for the company as people, on seeing it, would definitely want to know where it came from. That's obviously a hint, not criticism in any way. thank you guys!”

“SERVICE was great updates on deliver brilliant price acceptable BUT flower when arrived brown petal on almost half of the roses stems were broken on the other flowers am very disappointed .as ususally the flowers have been first class .”
