“I had to get a birthday present at short notice. I sent for the present , and it was received on the day. It was a surprise , and was really well received. very pleased with the gift the service. I would definitely recommend Serenata Flowers. Thank You. M Richardson.”

“After several good orders from Serenata flowers the quality of the last bouquet sent was extremely poor; limp and broken flowers and an attempt made to bulk them up with lots of dried statice, very disappointing. Even more disappointing was the after service where they exonerated themselves from any responsibility. I will definitely not be using this company again.”

“I was happy the flowers were delivered despite the fact that no one was at home. As well we ordered flowers only a day in advance, so we were lucky the company still accepted orders. However, the size of the bouquet, we ordered grandioso, was very disappointingly small. Plus I will not recommend ordering anything, but flowers as the card looked extremely cheap, despite the fact the cost was £3.”

“I needed to send some flowers to a special lady for BIG birthday. I realised I'd left it late and may have to request a Sunday delivery. I found Serenata - you ticked all the boxes, price, delivery and most importantly a massive choice to suit all tastes. I was updated throughout the process and the delivery made one lady feel very special. Thank you.”

“Efficient service easy to use, as these flowers were for a funeral at which I was unable to attend I have not seen the flowers or heard from the relatives as yet. So I can only comment on the order process and delivery notices sent from the company which were both first rate”

“I'm not happy yet until the flowers get delivered. I ordered these for a work colleague who was retiring and now she hasnt got them, you have tried to deliver to an office block at 18.30 in the evening. If you are asking for a business address then you should know these wont be open at that time - really really not happy about this and I have used you many times in the past - lets see what state these flowers are going to be in after being left in a hot van over one of the hottest weekend on record”

“Ordering and delivery arrangements were excellent and I was kept well informed about the order. The slight disappointment was that the flowers did not appear to match the picture. Wanted gold colours as the picture as it was a Golden Wedding but apparently they were yellow and red.”

“I live in Greece and I had flowers sent to my niece after giving birth to twins. She immediately texted me to say that they were beautiful. The only thing is that it's a shame that we don't get to see the flowers being received by our loved ones. That's something you'll have to work on because no company does this as far as I know and those sending flowers as a surprise will be thrilled to see their reaction. Another thing is being sent a message or phoned and another is admiring the moment. Thank you.”

“I've used Serenata a few times now and been really pleased every time. Generally I buy the arrangements because the flowers look so lovely only to find that when they arrive at their destination and the lucky recipient sends a picture to say thank you the 'actual' is much better than the 'virtual' Thanks for making birthdays and anniversaries so easy................”
