“I'm not happy yet until the flowers get delivered. I ordered these for a work colleague who was retiring and now she hasnt got them, you have tried to deliver to an office block at 18.30 in the evening. If you are asking for a business address then you should know these wont be open at that time - really really not happy about this and I have used you many times in the past - lets see what state these flowers are going to be in after being left in a hot van over one of the hottest weekend on record”

“Ordering and delivery arrangements were excellent and I was kept well informed about the order. The slight disappointment was that the flowers did not appear to match the picture. Wanted gold colours as the picture as it was a Golden Wedding but apparently they were yellow and red.”

“I live in Greece and I had flowers sent to my niece after giving birth to twins. She immediately texted me to say that they were beautiful. The only thing is that it's a shame that we don't get to see the flowers being received by our loved ones. That's something you'll have to work on because no company does this as far as I know and those sending flowers as a surprise will be thrilled to see their reaction. Another thing is being sent a message or phoned and another is admiring the moment. Thank you.”

“I've used Serenata a few times now and been really pleased every time. Generally I buy the arrangements because the flowers look so lovely only to find that when they arrive at their destination and the lucky recipient sends a picture to say thank you the 'actual' is much better than the 'virtual' Thanks for making birthdays and anniversaries so easy................”

“some blooms arrived rather limp,after following the instructions as to vase loading they seemed to pick up a little but the next day more of them have gone limp. As this was for a golden wedding gift I am left a little disappointed.”

“This is an terrific system we have used multiple times and is always very easy to use and super customer friendly with lots of status messages to let you know what's happening and when the flowers have been delivered. I would recommend this service to anyone.”

“Although I've never received any flowers; I order online delivery for friends' & family birthday; I have never had a problem with either the online order, the delivery or any negative comments re quality etc. I can, therefore, assume a 5* rating is a fair rating. What I like the most is that I get a confirmation email when the flowers have been delivered. I will keep using Serenata!!”

“My Mum noticed I d changed flower delivery firm straight away in her words Packaging correct the flowers have a water reserve so they remain fresh for their journey to her 3 weeks after the delivery she still has a few flowers from the bouquet in a vase Delivery person always polite Feed back to me via the mail system fantastic so I can follow the delivery Any complaints are dealt with in a professional and discrete manner(forgot the product you add to the water once) Recommend this firm to family and friends as they is a great choice of flowers plants and cards to suit any budget Flowers brings a splash of colour and love to loved ones far away I wouldn t use any other firm now”

“My view of the (Aztec) flowers is mixed the lilies are lovely, the roses however arrived in the process of dropping. The bouquet did not reflect the upgrade I selected. My friend sent me a photo I was very disappointed and so was she.”
