“quick delivery”

“I was very shocked to receive a photo of my upgraded order on arrival at my friend home. All the roses were floppy and despite following the instructions to the letter they failed to perk up and were dried up within two days. The lilies however were fine. Overall the quantity of flowers did not offer value for money. I will not be using your service again.”

“I was shocked initially by the delivery man who explained he had tried to deliver the flowers but no one in the whole block of flats was available to take them in. When I questioned him after and then contacted you I was told that they would be taken back to the depot. Flowers that are left will die but this does not seem to have occurred to you all, and I was felt to be responsible for the fact that my friend was not in. I will not be using you again. However you get 2 stars rather than 1 as he did deliver later in the day.”

“I first received Serenta flowers for my birthday was so pleased with the quality and long lasting time . I decided to send to friends who have rang me have said they have received them the next day and how lovely and fresh they were . I shall be using Serenata many more times as I find it hard to go out to buy and visit . The presentation and chocolates were excellent . Thank You Serenata”

“I ordered flowers on 02 July 18 to be delivered on 03 July 18 for my wife on our anniversary. I had an email on 03 July to say flowers had been take to wrong depot. It is now Wed 04 July 18 at 14.30 hrs and still no flowers.”

“The quality of the flowers received was very poor and did not match the images shown on the company's website. There was mould on the stems and leaves after a couple of days. The company were unwilling to discuss conpensation or a refund and just kept quoting their T&C's. Any decent company would want a customer's first experience to be a good one - obviously not Serenta Flowers.”

“Bought for new home welcoming. Ordering service good but driver left them by the bin with previous occupants rubbish and as recipient wasn’t expecting them, it was meant to be a surprise, she obviously didn’t look by the bin. We thought they had been stolen as driver took a photo of them on the doorstep and they were not there. Why did he take a picture of them on the doorstep and then move them next to the rubbish. The instruction was to leave with a neighbour if recipient not home but driver didn’t do that and recipient was actually in at time of delivery but he didn’t knock very much if at all. When flowers were found it was lunchtime the day after delivery so they had been in the heatwave for about 8 hours. To be fair when found and opened the flowers were still in water and quite healthy. The whole experience was meant to be a lovely surprise but was spoilt by not being able to find the flowers as no card was put through and having to tell the recipient she should have received something so overall I am disappointed with the service but the flowers are quite nice”
