“Purchased flowers for my wife for our anniversary. I was told they would be delivered between 8am - 8pm. I contacted customer support at 8.30pm to see what had happened to my wife flowers. Recieved an email at 8.50 saying that my flowers had just been picked up and were on there way. They were delivered at 10.15pm. Totally unacceptable for anyone to wait till that time for a flower delivery. Won't be using again.”

“Surprised the delivery came in a box not very presentable for a bunch of flowers! They were also much smaller than the picture on the website Service and ease of ordering was all fine just final product slightly disappointing for the recipient”

“My sister sent me a bouquet of Bali Hai flowers. They are still flowering now three weeks later . I have just sent my sister in law a bouquet. Which was delivered on the actual day I specified. Very good service also web site easy to use .”

“I was very shocked to receive a photo of my upgraded order on arrival at my friend home. All the roses were floppy and despite following the instructions to the letter they failed to perk up and were dried up within two days. The lilies however were fine. Overall the quantity of flowers did not offer value for money. I will not be using your service again.”

“I was shocked initially by the delivery man who explained he had tried to deliver the flowers but no one in the whole block of flats was available to take them in. When I questioned him after and then contacted you I was told that they would be taken back to the depot. Flowers that are left will die but this does not seem to have occurred to you all, and I was felt to be responsible for the fact that my friend was not in. I will not be using you again. However you get 2 stars rather than 1 as he did deliver later in the day.”
