“Terrible experience. I booked same day delivery for flowers to be delivered urgently nearby, and received a note in the evening saying that they had not delivered the flowers but that they would upgrade the bouquet and deliver the next day. Fine so far despite the irrelevant offer as I had already paid for the largest bouquet out of the options. Three days later and no flowers have been delivered, with no contact from the company to explain this. There no phone number made available ANYWHERE for me to speak to a representative about this, and nobody has called me. I am furious and want a refund. Do not believe this is a genuine service at all and certainly do not recommend anyone else uses them.”

“The flowers were beautiful, and they were delivered in time for Mums Birthday. Unfortunately, she didn't know who they were from as there was no card. If that was my fault for not filling in the order correctly so be it, but I think Serenata should have some way of checking with the customer before the flowers are sent with no notification of who has sent them. Also, I was not given the chance to revise my order before it seemed to whizz off. I would have chosen a different day for sending as the flowers arrived 3 days before her Birthday. It may be that I clicked too quickly. But a lot of web sites ask you if you are sure before clicking "confirm"”
