“I had been staying with some friends in Horsham, wanted to thank them for their hospitality. I googled Florist Horsham. Found Serenata Flowers I liked what they had on offer, so chose some to be delivered to my friends. They were very pleased with them.”

“Terrible experience. I booked same day delivery for flowers to be delivered urgently nearby, and received a note in the evening saying that they had not delivered the flowers but that they would upgrade the bouquet and deliver the next day. Fine so far despite the irrelevant offer as I had already paid for the largest bouquet out of the options. Three days later and no flowers have been delivered, with no contact from the company to explain this. There no phone number made available ANYWHERE for me to speak to a representative about this, and nobody has called me. I am furious and want a refund. Do not believe this is a genuine service at all and certainly do not recommend anyone else uses them.”
