“These flowers were for my mums birthday and they said they were left on the doorstep of her home. She never received them and living in a remote area they definetly weren’t taken. Despite notifying them after an initial email 4 days later I have not heard from them and will never use them again.”

“I've used Serenata for years as I routinely work away from home. I've only once ever had a problem with a delivery (delivery broke the vase dropping the flowers over a wall) and they more than compensated with an amazing delivery the next day. Otherwise they've never been late, always delivered high quality flowers in their prime and always followed the (sometimes very specific) delivery instructions. Serenata routinely make my wife and my mum smile and for that I love them.”

“On-line interface very easy to navigate - wide selection with suggestions. Physical follow through with delivery and delivery advice exceptional. Overall a pleasing commercial transaction. Note: I live in Sydney, Australia and ordered sympathy flowers for relatives funeral. All went as planned. Thankyou Serenata Flowers...”

“The bouquet I ordered was very disappointing, I ordered the Deluxe bouquet and it firstly arrived in a box which seemed strange but then when it was opened it was really very small and a couple of the flowers were actually dying. This was for my mums birthday and it was quite embarrassing”

“When the flowers arrived the box was quite badly bashed and damaged, also the flowers inside had started to turn brown and dry out on the tips of the petals. I have used serenata flowers in the past and i am hoping this is a one off.”

“I ordered flowers for my friends 60th birthday and paid for guaranteed courier delivery on 12th. They did not get delivered until 13th and didn't look as nice as expected. Indeed I cannot see them lasting long. It actually looks as though I forgot her birthday and ordered them as an after thought as everyone else had them delivered on the day. I am seriously disappointed.”
