“Delivery was on time but they have left the box front of the door and didn't even ring the bell or knock the door there were 2 people at home that time ! And also all the roses were old and nearly dead as you can see on the photos ! I have paid for the old flowers ! It was my first and last time to use serenata-flowers and won't order from them anymore !”

“Beautiful flowers. I did however have to change the bouquet. Didn't mind this as i knew it was last minute. However when you ring please leave a number for urgent return calls that are needed.”
