I was a little disappointed with the flower arrangement for my gf. It does say that some come in the form of buds, but I don’t see many buds in the photo she sent me and it just does not look as colorful and vibrant as the advertisement on the website. Not many flowers for $65. I’ve attached a comparison photo for reference. Also, she said the driver left the flowers outside her gate by the road where anyone could have stolen them. Not good.

The flowers looked good on line and they were reasonably priced. They were delivered on the right day and the recipient was pleased with them. However, I had an email from Serenta to say that the delivery had failed so I am not sure why that had been sent, I did respond to the email to let them know that the delivery had in fact been successful.

Serenta flowers delivered a bouquet on the day but they looked nothing like the flowers I had ordered. I paid for a larger bouquet and it looked like they delivered the smaller one anyway. Not thrilled.

I ordered the white roses, when they arrived the flowers were all brown and wilted. I raised a complaint to customer service requesting a fresh bunch or a full refund, to which there response was for me to pull all the brown petals off and this is normal for white roses 😱 I would never use this online company again they are a total disgrace

We are totally devasted that our funeral flowers were not at our sister In laws funeral. Heartbroken

Terrible experience. We ordered flowers for a funeral service and paid extra for early delivery. We were told they couldn't be delivered to the address provided, although others family members used the same address with no problems from another company. After multiple emails and no phone number to speak to the company, the flowers were delivered two days late and to the original address we had provided. The service was long over by this point and we had asked them to be delivered to a different address by then. It was already a difficult time and it was made worse by this company. They refused to refund part of the money even though the flowers were late. So disappointing and will never use this company again!

I didn’t want a bunch of flowers delivered in a box and expected to receive a bouquet. The quality is that of any supermarket flowers for much more money. Very disappointing

When I received the flower I was so delighted, they were beautiful. Unfortunately within 4 days they were dead, what a shame.

Arrived day late.somehow seems my order was for 2 bunches instead of 1,wasn't able to amend order because was already with carrier- impossible because of timescale,and was a day late impossible to speak to anyone. Whole process irritating,frustrating,stressful and very costly, spent £54 instead of £25. Disgraceful,to be avoided.

Flowers were to be delivered on 6th January, eventually received late on 8th January. Not impressed, won't be using them again!

I paid extra for same day delivery and the flowers for some day delivery were more expensive than next day dekivery ones. Flowers never got delivered the same day and I had to wait until the mon for my feinted flowers to be delivered. When they were eventually delivered and she text me thanking me, and sent me a picture, I was horrified as they were nothing like the ones I had chosen, and didn’t look good value for money, considering I had paid £41 I won’t be using this flower service again.

Firstly the flowers should have been delivered on Sunday as it was a 40th Birthday the Courier said he had taken the flowers to the address at 8.30pm But these were refused Both my Daughter and Son in Law said no one had gone to their Address Made enquiries the morning after as Tracking off line so unable to check details The Company said they would re deliver Ok a day late but at least My Daughter would receive them In my Opinion the flowers ordered are nothing like the flowers received A DAY LATER I have sent in a Complaint but told in the Company's opinion the Flowers are in good condition This does not have me faith to Order again I will be using Prestige Flowers from me on What do you think of the Website photo The one now delivered to my Daughter Would be to know?

Not delivered on day ordered for nor next day heard nothing on third day. Promised £3 refund but very disappointing. Will not use again. Will my order ever be delivered? Four days at least for a golden wedding anniversary, not good enough!
