“Although initially i was happy with service because i was mailed throughout process there was an error in address. I was told it was left in a shed at address but it wasnt it was returned to shop and i didnt get notified. It wasn't until i contacted my friend to see if she got her (suprise) delivery. Then i contactet yourselves. To which i was told then that the flowers were returned and disposed of and i could get redelivered at 50% off. But i am still at a loss of money because of it and quite upset at it all.”

“The flowers were not delivered, despite and email confirming delivery. I had to ring the person I was sending a surprise bunch of flowers to thus loosing any surprise. The person I sent the flowers to then spent some time contacting neighbours to see if they had taken delivery. No contact phone number for the company however, they were quick to respond to e-mail. Unfortunately the issue has still not been resolved so far, 3 days after the orde!r”

“I have received nothing but very positive response from recipients of both flower and hamper gifts supplied by this company. Have used them a number of times over the years but more particularly for the last two Christmas periods. Will be using them again.”

“Ordered 2 bunches of flowers 1 for delivery 3/1/18 and 1 for 4/1/18 - emailed Serenata this morning to make sure the 1st batch is arriving today as not had a text from DPD with a delivery slot to be told no, they wont be delivered until the 4th!”

“The flowers were ordered for Christmas and arrived on the chosen delivery date at 3pm. The recipient was thrilled with them. They were very fresh and a beautiful bouquet (Aztec sun deluxe). This was my first purchase, but I will definitely be using Serenata again!....great service/flowers thank you!”

“The photo looked lovely however the stems delivered had a number of broken amongst them and what looked liked replacement flowers, they seem value for money on the website but I think I shall pay a bit more and go back to my usual online florist.”

“Flowers were delivered on time that was great but the flowers were either brown or dead really disgrace as it was my wife’s birthday and wanted it special so I am not pleased I have complained and STILL WAITING. For a response from you , ?”

“The flowers were delivered upside down, the water had poured out and ruined the flowers and leaves. The flower box was completely sodden. I cannot understand how flowers could be delivered in such a state.”

“I looked for a company that could deliver the next day. (30th December). This was important as I was due to visit my parents on that day for a late Christmas but they had to postpone due to illness. I therefore want something delivered to cheer them up. I had a notification that the hamper had been delivered. However, it was not to my parents.... I am still trying to find out where it has gone.... Meanwhile the nice thought has rather lost its point.... There is no phone number (that I can see) to speak with anyone. This means customers are obliged to swirl around in automated email hell.... V disappointing”

“Absolute rubbish company. Was looking to buy flowers from my Mum and saw that these fraudsters had next day delivery. There was even an option on their website to see if they could do next day delivery to the intended recipient and no issues were raised. They took my money and on the day the flowers were supposed to be delivered, I received an email to say there was a problem with the courier and then exactly one minute later, another email came in saying the flowers wouldn`t be delivered as they don`t do next day delivery to Northern Ireland. So, instead of showing good will and delivering the flowers free of charge, they took the weasely way out and claimed terms and conditions. Will be using Interflora from now on as at least you can trust Interflora to do the job.”
