Booked a same day delivery for a Saturday, now Monday PM and still no news about the delivery

Apparently the flowers inside the box were lovely, but the outer box casing was squashed and ripped, the flowers had obviously tipped over and the card was soaking wet. A bit disappointing when the delivery already looks like the dog has had a go at it first! Maybe you should speak to the couriers concerned.

The flowers were all wilting head of roses was lose in the box the box was soaked the stems where like mush.

Not happy,i ordered a vase which didn't arrive and half of the flowers had already wilted, extremely dissapointed.....

I have used then 3 times first two times excellent quality and service - this time (Christmas flowers for my mum) awful. Terrible quality and quantity and non existent customer service. I've submitted a complaint twice (first just after Christmas) and heard nothing! I've waited this long to submit review as I'd hoped they'd redeem themselves but to no avail.

Lovely flowers arrived on time but was disappointed with the size of the basket when it arrived especially as I paid extra for the bigger size.

I ordered funeral flowers for my Aunt and when they arrived the heads of flowers off in box / cards wet .. the boxes soaking wet. Delivery driver did not handle with any care. Will not order again .. felt let down

What a ridiculous unreliable company this is. They failed on delivery day one, and did not even let me know. Then promised delivery on the next day and that didn't happen either. You cannot contact them by telephone as they have 'streamlined their customer service'. Still no flowers or conformation of refund. Avoid at all costs.

The first flowers delivered were almost dead they looked as though they had been cut for ages as the stalks were black , after getting in touch with serenata s they straight away offered to send more flowers which were delivered the next day these looked a lot healthier so will hopefully last a while , such a shame they couldn't have sent fresh ones in the first place

Most of the flowers were half dead when they arrived. So much so that I was embarrassed to give them to my sister. I had to go to a flower shop and buy a new bunch. Very inconvenient

Flower is not in good condition for the money I have paid. Teddy bear is not what I ordered and the card is next to nothing in terms of quality. Long story short, it ruined my wife's birthday and wasted my money if I'm honest

Flowers not fresh, complete disappointment. These were for a birthday, "my daughter in law" she was not going to mention it but my son let me know the condition of the delivery Shame because the email customer service was great. Glad I did not pay a lot for them.

The flowers were damaged, there was water in the chocolate. I tried to call the number I found when I googled but couldn't get through. Sent a message via their website to say I wanted a full refund. Got an email reply saying they would like to re-deliver. Couldn't email back so very annoying had to go back to their website and send another message. They emailed yet again asking to redeliver, so again I had to go on to their website and insist on a refund. I then got an email to say my card would be credited. We'll wait and see how long that takes. Most annoying thing was not being able to contact them by phone or email. Will never use them again.

Flowers were delivered 3 days after they were supposed to be delivered-no one contacted me to tell me that this was he case or why and it looks like the same flowers were delivered 3 days late rather than new ones!

Well we still haven't received the flowers. No refund, no product, I'm not even sure if its a legit website.
