Dreadful! I only gave a star because I HAD to. They were delivered to my elderly grandmother and immediately disintegrated. I found out a week later but Serenata can do nothing because I found out too late (by 24 hours)

In the end, they did the right thing by acknowledging the bouquet sent was well below standard and refunded the cost after realising a replacement would be inappropriate. Their website was too cumbersome to enable easy communication which regrettably increased the frustration in getting resolution to the original problem. I would suggest that there should be a feedback/communication path without having to go via a "no-reply" route. As the bouquet had been ordered as a thank you to our hosts for inviting us as their house guests over New Year, no real damage was done, as recounting the story of the problem, and our purchase of replacements flowers in our village store to compensate, was the subject of good humour over a glass or two of champagne as we waited for 2018 to arrive. We did acknowledge the caring and generous response of Serenta Flowers once we got to them. So, all's well that ends well with no damage done to our festivities or to the possibility of us using them again, hoping sincerely that they get their quality failure/response system sorted! A second such experience would kill our willingness to trust them with a further commission.

Ihave already sent a review.My friend has just sent me another photo of the flowers she received on the 29/12/17 and as you can see they are dead. Very disappointed and will not be using your company again

Sent flowers to a friend. When she received them roses wherepoor. One had freeze burn and the other had petals about to fall off .

a little disappointed as there seemed to be more foliage than actual flowers. they were delivered rather late in the day which meant the recipients were out. However the vase was good value.

Appalling service and correspondence in relation to flowers ordered for my step brothers funeral. The flowers are late with no explanation and no refund being ordered. Horrible service.

Flowers were good but the courier left them on the doorstep so they had to be rescued by the neighbour.

Appaling service! I will never use them again! Flowers for a funeral were not delivered and when I complained they said they can’t guarantee delivery on your chosen date, even when I specified it was for a funeral. AVOID!

The flowers were smaller than expected and not in as good condition as I expected. The vase was also smaller than suggested on the website; to be honest I should have spent half my money and brought a £10 bunch from Tesco, where I’d have got more flowers and they’d have lasted longer.

Communication was good. Selection of products is good. However, for a very special occasion the vase was delivered broken and useless and the bottle of red wine as part of the deal wasn’t delivered at all! All I got was an apology and a refund. Doesn’t fix the disappointment.

The plant itself was very nice but it was poorly packaged and the plant pot was broken, which was extremely disappointing as it was a gift for my elderly mother.

The flowers were delivered on the correct date, however they looked like they had been left outside in the frost. The lilies in particular were bruised and damaged. I contacted the company (with a photo) who replied quickly and said they would deliver some replacement flowers if I clicked the link on the email. However, the link wouldn't open on my phone so I had to do it on my laptop. The form then wouldn't send without attaching a photo (which I had already sent via my initial email) so I had to faff about emailing the photo from my phone to my laptop. Once the photo was attached the form it still wouldn't send as it kept telling me to select a delivery date, but wouldn't accept ANY on their calendar! I then emailed them again explaining all this and they sent the replacement flowers the following day. However, the replacement flowers were only slightly better than the original ones and neither of them came with the plant food which should have been attached. I wouldn't use this company again and wouldn't recommend them.

Recipient very pleased with their flower gift however the delivery was a day late after their birthday. I was however given a 15% refund but was still disappointed they didn't get the gift on their special day. Not sure if I would order again in case the order wasn't delivered on time, not sure I'd want to take the risk.
