Ordering and delivery process were excellent. I ordered the same Christmas bouquet for three different recipients and all were delivered by lunch time. One of them was for my mum, so I got to see the flowers for myself on Christmas Day, and I have to say I was very disappointed at how few flowers there were for £30. The bouquet was mainly made up of foliage.

Recipient wasn't in when delivery was made. No card put through door and no sign of flowers!!

I asked when booking that delivery person be patient as my mother is 88 a little deaf and may take a while to answer the door,but they left the flowers in a meter cupboard and did not even leave a note to say they were in there.She doesn't go to the cupboard very often so it was only by chance she found them on the day.The flowers were of good quality and well presented.

The courier delivered our flowers to the incorrect address. Although customer service were very speedy in responding to my emails they did not offer to send another bunch and they did not offer a refund; I was told that the courier company would need to interview the driver. When I asked for a refund I was told that this would be okay. I am waiting to see if this appears in my account over the next few days.

Birthday flowers not delivered on the day, despite being told they were out for delivery by lunchtime. They were delivered the next day and I was refunded a small amount, but if you miss a birthday, it's just too late.

My mum (who was the flowers recipient) was unfortunately taken into hospital 2 days before delivery. I contacted you to change the delivery address but you couldn't change it. Seems bizarre that you can deliver flowers on any same day but you cant change an order 2 days earlier? ?? The flowers were left at the complex door however i got an email from you saying they had been delivered to her flat. Luckily someone honest delivered them to her front door. Not a good service. Don't expect me to use you again.

I was very disappointed with the condition of the roses. The majority of them were visibly dying, having spent a lot of money on them I don’t think this is acceptable and will be reluctant to use you again

Ordered flowers for Christmas got email saying tried to deliver which was lies as I was in all day so contacted them and they said sorry ur parcel was damaged in transit total liability of a company so no flowers for family on Christmas shocking company 0/10 would never use again avoid like the plague

The flowers arrived on the day 4 of them are dying already. They did not seem to be of the value I expected for a surprise Golden anniversary boutique for my wife. Barry.

The flowers are great but I paid for delivery before 10.30am and they arrived at 17.50pm so my wife had to go back to work to collect her flowers

1 out of the 2 deliveries were great. The first recipient was in the Manchester area and raved about how beautiful the flowers were. The second recipient is in London, and when she arrived home the box was all crumpled and the plants inside were in pieces and destroyed. The only thing that was salvageable was the box of chocolates I added onto the order. I will give them another chance, as they were both delivered on time, the ease of ordering from the US, and one of the two were received well and raved about.

The wrong number was on the address.Even though I noticed it immediately it proved impossible to change and the flowers went to the wrong address.

Ordered on 23rd December with about 40 minutes to go in order to get Christmas Eve delivery. Was impressed with the choice I still had that late in the day (another well-known company had very little to choose from). Ordered the Red Robin display which looked very Christmassy. Received regular updates on delivery and delivery was made without a hitch and confirmed by email. The department who emails you sends fun and creative updates - very entertaining! We spoke to the lady who received the flowers and she was absolutely delighted with them. Definitely going to use Serenata Flowers regularly from now on. Thank you!

THESE FLOWERS WERE NOT DELIVERED. THE COPLOW IS A VERY LARGE HOUSE, WITH TWO GATE HOUSES, STAFF COTTAGES AND THE MAIN HOUSE WHICH IS A VERY LARGE 12-15 MILLION POUND MANSION.. THERE IS A SECURITY GATE, WHICH IS UNMISSABLE WITH A TWO WAY SPEAKER CONNECTION. IT RECORDS ANY ATTEMPT TO USE IT. . I WENT THERE FOR DINNER YESTERDAY EVENING, EXPECTING A WARM WELCOME AND THANKS FOR MY CHRISTMAS GIFT OF A LOVELY BOUQUET OF FLOWERS. CAN YOU IMAGINE MY EMBARRISSMENT WHEN THEY HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED. They used 3rd party to deliver goods and were unable to give any confirmation as to whether flowers had been delivered
