“The flowers were not delivered on the date I asked for,which was my wife’s birthday. I had a family member wait in all day and the flowers never came,it’s the first time in 8 years my wife didn’t have flowers on her birthday. I emailed customer services and they had the flowers sent 2 days later. And when I did receive them,some of the Lily heads had broken off in transit. This was the first time I used them. I will never again. Absolutely awful,don’t waste your money.”

“I had ordered a card to be delivered with the flowers. No card was attached, consequently the people didn’t know who had sent the flowers. Hopefully someone from the company will read this and call me with an explanation.”

“Having ordered these for my Daughters birthday, so sparse , not as full as viewed online. Very disappointing, at a point of embarrassed, I sent them. Wont use your service again. I know it was not the most expensive, but the value for money very poor. They did arrive on time though, sadley, no wow factor.”

“Easy to order. Excellent variety with some traditional arrangements as well as unusual offerings! The delivery service used can make or break a company like this, but I have been fortunate to have a good experience both times I've used Serenata. Quick and easy with free next day delivery -- will definitely use again!”

“Ordered for my wife’s 60th birthday. Flowers failed to arrive. Courier had left them at another unknown address for no apparent reason. No card left stating where they were. Won’t be using again. Will get them from M&S next time”

“I sent my sister some flowers to welcome her home from major surgery. What arrived was absolutely nothing - NOTHING like the image on their website. It was a couple of flowers thrown together. It was embarrassing ! The petrol station bouquets are far superior.. this is fraud ! The reviews are probably bogus too..”

“Ordered a basket of plants. The box had clear instructions for the way around it should be however, along the delivery chain, someone must have dropped the box. Some how the basket should have been secured inside. Plants were bruised, upside down and out of the soil/moss. It was a disaster. I have now tried to send pictures and complain 3 times now- i'm hoping that it will be third time lucky.”

“Hello Sent flowers to a dear friend for her Birthday, she is just out of hospital. The flowers arrived on her Birthday and she sent me a thank you message with a photo of the flowers. Could see that the red roses were not at all fresh and the bouquet that I payed more for, I am an OAP, looked tired except for the lillies which were still in bud. Was extremely disappointed Maggie Andersen”

“Appalling service and poor quality flowers. Flowers arrived 2 days late and wilted within another 2 days. Was told I was not allowed to complain because I had not done so within 7 days of the delivery date. I did complain within 7 days but they said it had to be within 7 days of when they were meant to be delivered! Ridiculously bad customer service. Avoid them or you might be disapointed.”

“I ordered six sets of flowers (White Lillies) for various family members. This was on the Saturday. By the end of the following day (which was a Sunday) I had an e-mail for each order from the company to say they had dispatched the flowers and then these were followed by a further e-mail for each order to say they had been delivered. Then I got six communications from the various recipients telling me how nice the flowers looked (complete with photographs in some cases!). It was superb service with an appropriate flow of information. I have never used this company before but will certainly use them again in the future. Thank you very much for the quality of your flowers and of your service.”
