Ordered flowers for Christmas got email saying tried to deliver which was lies as I was in all day so contacted them and they said sorry ur parcel was damaged in transit total liability of a company so no flowers for family on Christmas shocking company 0/10 would never use again avoid like the plague

The flowers arrived on the day 4 of them are dying already. They did not seem to be of the value I expected for a surprise Golden anniversary boutique for my wife. Barry.

The flowers are great but I paid for delivery before 10.30am and they arrived at 17.50pm so my wife had to go back to work to collect her flowers

1 out of the 2 deliveries were great. The first recipient was in the Manchester area and raved about how beautiful the flowers were. The second recipient is in London, and when she arrived home the box was all crumpled and the plants inside were in pieces and destroyed. The only thing that was salvageable was the box of chocolates I added onto the order. I will give them another chance, as they were both delivered on time, the ease of ordering from the US, and one of the two were received well and raved about.

The wrong number was on the address.Even though I noticed it immediately it proved impossible to change and the flowers went to the wrong address.

Ordered on 23rd December with about 40 minutes to go in order to get Christmas Eve delivery. Was impressed with the choice I still had that late in the day (another well-known company had very little to choose from). Ordered the Red Robin display which looked very Christmassy. Received regular updates on delivery and delivery was made without a hitch and confirmed by email. The department who emails you sends fun and creative updates - very entertaining! We spoke to the lady who received the flowers and she was absolutely delighted with them. Definitely going to use Serenata Flowers regularly from now on. Thank you!

THESE FLOWERS WERE NOT DELIVERED. THE COPLOW IS A VERY LARGE HOUSE, WITH TWO GATE HOUSES, STAFF COTTAGES AND THE MAIN HOUSE WHICH IS A VERY LARGE 12-15 MILLION POUND MANSION.. THERE IS A SECURITY GATE, WHICH IS UNMISSABLE WITH A TWO WAY SPEAKER CONNECTION. IT RECORDS ANY ATTEMPT TO USE IT. . I WENT THERE FOR DINNER YESTERDAY EVENING, EXPECTING A WARM WELCOME AND THANKS FOR MY CHRISTMAS GIFT OF A LOVELY BOUQUET OF FLOWERS. CAN YOU IMAGINE MY EMBARRISSMENT WHEN THEY HAD NOT BEEN DELIVERED. They used 3rd party to deliver goods and were unable to give any confirmation as to whether flowers had been delivered

I've used these before with no issue but after this I will never use them again. I'll go to Interflora instead. I ordered flowers over a week ago for delivery to elderly aunt on Saturday 23rd with special delivery instructions stating 'be patient'. Email said delivered but my Aunt said she hasn't had them. Because you can't phone Serenata Flowers, email only which is convenient for them, I filled on the customer service form. No one got back to me till next day 24th. Was told delivery driver left them outside door. I explained the delivery instructions stated to be patient but driver obviously hadn't bothered to wait. She lives in a cul-de-sac in a respectable area so the parcel would still have been there. I asked for another delivery that day but they refused saying they have to do an investigation first! I asked what I was supposed to give my aunt for Christmas instead, only to be told they wouldn't do anything till the new year. It's disgusting that I now am unable to get anything in time and despite adding my phone number to the customer service form they couldn't even be bothered to call me. Cowards! Hope they're proud of the fact they've ruined part of our Christmas.

Flowers never came within delivery time also were not received by my friend. Been going backwards and forwards trying to amend my order. Refusing to give any kind of refund or accept responsibility. Spent £40+ on flowers that never came and still trying to get a refund. Not happy, will never order from you again and will be telling people about the service and to avoid using you.

The flowers received looked nothing like the picture, I gave that feedback at the time and requested a refund but they told me that I was wrong and did nothing. Image off of internet below and actual flowers after it.

i was advised that the flowers may be refused delivery by the hospital so provided an alternate address. They were never received and the customer support is almost non existent.

While i cannot fault the delivery process.i see the flowers myself today when visiting my girlfreind.i'm very disapointed as was my girlfreind.i ordered red roses and what was delivered was very dark looking roses with petals that looked quite withered.my girlfreind was not happy as the flowers were for our 6 month anniversary and the flowers certainly did not match the occasion for which i ordered them for.not impressed.

Quite a few of the flower heads were broken when my parents unpackaged them. After three days the three main orange flowers (gerbera) wilted so that the heads were dangling down. After removing these from the bunch it was found that the stems were rotting. The rest of the bunch is OK but now missing any orange colour which was part of the point of the arrangement.

A quick delivery however I am sure I asked for flowers to be given to a neighbour if no reply but they were left outside address in the rain? The edges of the roses were affected by this unfortunately. In the picture of the Xmas bunch I chose there was a lovely gold piece of Xmas decoration but in the bunch sent to my friend it was a small bit of sparkly blue twig, from photo sent it didn’t look as good as the photo which is a shame.
