“Failed to deliver on time, day late on my anniversary! Also only informed me of the delay once I chased them! Very disappointing to not be able to even speak to anyone, all feedback via email!”

“The courier tried to deliver shipment app. 08:30 p.m. to the office. Then we changed the delivery address to our privete. Unfortunetly flowers were not delivered at all. Customer service will not do the refund. Customer serive is not able to find a solution.”

“Paid £50 for a pathetically small Christmas bunch in a glass bowl. 5 red roses (2 squashed) and 4 apples (1 which was not attached and bass started to rot. Two random sticks sticking high out of the middle. Waste of money!!!”

“Beware of amateur products not like the photos on website I ordered a red robin deluxe arrangement. The type and quality of the items in the arrangement and the skill of the florist is way below the standard of the florist who made the arrangement for display on website. The apples are wrong and the red foliage is inadequate as are the quantity of berries. The shape of the arrangement is also wrong. This product is NOT acceptable and despite several attempts to get the problem sorted the Seranata company insist they have sent a correct flower arrangement and refuse to redo or refund. I will NOT be buying from them again. BEWARE !”

“Flowers couldn't be delivered on the day. Was told an upgraded bouquet would be delivered the following day. The resulting package was disappointing. Quite a thin bouquet really. If that was an upgrade, can't imagine what the original would have looked like.”

“I put in 2 orders with you on 18 December for 2 colleagues at work - I chose to pay an extra £4.95 to ensure that they were delivered before noon on Wednesday 20 December. One order was delivered after 5 pm on 20 December - the other did not arrive until 3 pm 21 December. I am annoyed that I paid extra to ensure they were delivered on time and they were not. Please can I have a refund of that extra charge? The flowers were nice but your service was not. Catharine Morris”

“The flowers were not delivered on the date I asked for,which was my wife’s birthday. I had a family member wait in all day and the flowers never came,it’s the first time in 8 years my wife didn’t have flowers on her birthday. I emailed customer services and they had the flowers sent 2 days later. And when I did receive them,some of the Lily heads had broken off in transit. This was the first time I used them. I will never again. Absolutely awful,don’t waste your money.”

“I had ordered a card to be delivered with the flowers. No card was attached, consequently the people didn’t know who had sent the flowers. Hopefully someone from the company will read this and call me with an explanation.”

“Having ordered these for my Daughters birthday, so sparse , not as full as viewed online. Very disappointing, at a point of embarrassed, I sent them. Wont use your service again. I know it was not the most expensive, but the value for money very poor. They did arrive on time though, sadley, no wow factor.”

“Easy to order. Excellent variety with some traditional arrangements as well as unusual offerings! The delivery service used can make or break a company like this, but I have been fortunate to have a good experience both times I've used Serenata. Quick and easy with free next day delivery -- will definitely use again!”

“Ordered for my wife’s 60th birthday. Flowers failed to arrive. Courier had left them at another unknown address for no apparent reason. No card left stating where they were. Won’t be using again. Will get them from M&S next time”
