I have tried to make contact on three occasions using the messaging service you have in place (this seems to be the only way to contact the company) I have had no response on any occasion regarding the order and delivery of a bouquet of flowers Apparently the the courier delivered the flowers to the nominated address, but there was no one at the address to receive the flowers, so the flowers are currently unaccounted for I've ben trying to contact someone since Monday to attempt to find out where the flowers are as I've paid but they were not delivered to Andrea Davy The customer service is none existent and as a customer it seems unexceptable to pay for a service, which has not delivered and fails to acknowledge the numerous attempts made to resolve the issue Perhaps someone will get in touch?? Flowers arrived soft not in a very good situation. My wife is a trained florist so she would know. Have used you twice before with no issues so a little disapointed.

I was really disappointed to hear that the flowers did not arrive until 7pm on Saturday evening. Totally unacceptable.

Flowers were beautiful and fresh, as always! However, the vase was damaged in transit and was cracked. These flowers were to thank my father-in-law's friend, who has taken care of him during a recent hospital stay. He is widowed and my husband, his only son, lives overseas. It was disappointing to me that his friend had to take time out to call the courier and follow up on the broken vase. Not quite the thank you we wanted to send.

I ordered flowers on 27th November for delivery to an AB56 address, and an orchid on the 29th to the same address, for delivery on Saturday 2nd December 2017. I only specified a date for delivery not a time. It was for mum-in-laws 80th Birthday. Neither order arrived on the specified day. They were both delivered Monday 4th December. There was ample time for delivery on the specified day. (The address in NOT in the Scottish Highlands, nor specified as an issue on T&Cs) I was not informed of late delivery. I will not use this service again. Very disappointing.

Was looking on the internet to send flowers from Canada to the UK to my friend. Never having heard of Serenata flowers I was sceptical. However the website was inviting and prices were good. The order was processed and sent off with notification from them to me. The flowers were delivered on the date I requested with the instructions I asked and my friend was delighted with the order. She said they were delivered in a box nicely wrapped and were fresh the flowers were in bud and bloomed within a few days beautifully. Thank you.

For the first time I saw my order as it arrived the other end. It arrived very late in the day and I thought the amount of flowers for the price were few. It looked no better than a bunch you buy at the local supermarket. In fact I've bought better for far less in a supermarket. I was disappointed I'm afraid.

fast delivery, however i wasnt that overwhelmed when i saw what my friend recieved. For £20 it was quiet a small bunch of flowers.

The flowers arrived on time and the quantity was as ordered, however the colour was not as per the order! so quite disappointing.

Paid for the before noon time slot for delivery but flowers were not delivered until 3pm the following day .

Absolutely fed up with latest order didn't know flowers had arrived no knock at door left outside front door weren't found till following morning and customer service were less than helpful apart from 10% back

What went wrong...stupid company couldn't do a simple thing like deliver my red roses to my daughter on her 50th Birthday...even though I placed the order 2 weeks in advance. Whats so difficult in delivering a bunch of flowers on such an important day? Well it wasn't so important for this company was it?...obviously my order wasn't a priority for them...as they eventually delivered the next day, even though I kept contacting them on the day, asking where my order was...the reply was..the order is out with their carriers...and it could be delivered up to 8.00pm...Well they weren't.....so disappointing...wont ever use this company again...You`d think they would have least try to contact me...asking how they could recompense me or my Daughter in some way...nope not interested...Well I will make sure that I tell as many people as possible how we got let down...Yes I`m dam annoyed.

I ordered flowers last Wednesday for a Sat arrival to Northen Ireland for my wife as we have just had our first baby. The flowers didn't arrive and nor have theu and it is 15.26 on Monday. I emailed a complaint and was told no guarenteed delivery and I aslo complained that as I had conformation of the flowers being in the depot since sat I was worried that they would have an extremely poor shelf life. I have only give 2 stars as I have not yet seen the flowers. Otherwise it would be 1 as the service has been pppr

Very disappointed! I ordered flowers to be delived in 15th Dec (my aunties birthday) and they arrived on 2nd Dec a day after I had ordered them. No customer tel number to make a complaint. I had to apologise to my auntie as it was 2 weeks before her birthday

The delivery was perfect but the flowers just not looks like on the pictures. If I go to any Tesco/Morrisons/ any shop, can get better for half of the price.

The flowers were lovely but the presentation was terrible and didn't get the wow factor that I'd hoped for. Instead of my colleague having her beautiful flowers on her desk all day they looked like they were a bunch of flowers bought from the supermarket, this is not what I would expect for the money I paid.
