My sister was delighted with her flowers. She sent me a photo and they matched the image well. They were lovely and delivered on time.

The flowers were lovely but arrived a day late. The recipient had been in all day and I had also requested that they be left with a neighbor so was disappointed that they were received after the event of her birthday.

Flowers did not arrive after waiting 4 days. Contacted the company on numerous occasions to request the flower, was ensured that the flowers would be delivered the following day. They where not, then was asked to give a different address as some hospitals may not accept fresh flowers. Terrible service, will not use again and will ensure that everyone I know is discouraged from doing as well.

Flowers arrived 3 days late. Got a full refund but were ordered two weeks in advance for my wife's birthday. no way to contact the firm except by email. Day ruined despite making the order well in advance. Order tracking next to useless as it tells you nothing.

I ordered the flowers on behalf of my Dad as a birthday present for an elderly friend. She is very infirm and her husband is disabled, so I selected the "please be patient" option on the special instructions for delivery. I was therefore very disappointed to find that the flowers has been left on the doorstep as the driver clearly couldn't wait for someone to answer the door. That said, she was very pleased with the flowers.

Had made several orders to different addresses and all failed to be delivered. It's the first time this has happened as I use them a lot and have never had this experience before. Sure this is a once off.

Good selections of flowers and gifts to choose from, lots of choice to add cards, chocolates and balloons etc. Reasonably priced, quick delivery and easy to use website. This is my go-to flowers site!

Flowers were delivered late, and the incorrect bouquets size was delivered- it was a smaller one than was ordered and paid for. Would not recommend.

Flowers were delivered late - a day after the order was for. I booked well within the deadline, and the order email confirmed my choice of date. I raised this issue via the 'contact' section of the website but I have not heard back. That was 24 hours ago. Do not trust their claims of guaranteed next day delivery if you book before the deadline.

I ordered on-line, and the flowers were delivered but left in a bush!! The recipient was away and came back the following day and only saw the flowers because a neighbour happened to spot them in the bush! NOT very impressed at all....wont be ordering again from them!

The flower I ordered on wife's Birth Day (and of course for our 18th Anniversary on 26Nov) was not fresh and I am disappointed with that. I never use or recommend your service in future.

Free next day delivery, good selection at least £20 cheaper than the other company I looked at. Delivered by lunch time. Ordered on a Sunday. Very impressed.

I ordered the flowers to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. I was very sad to learn from the recipients that the flowers were not at all a celebration, and were in fact very sad and disappointing. I am informed by the recipients that they have contacted Serenata who have advised that they will be processing a refund to my account. I shall see what happens.

After arranging for a sickeningly large bunch of roses to be sitting on my partner's doorstep Sunday evening in an effort to take the edge off her struggling through a marathon twelve hour shift saving people's lives while the computers were down, I was expecting to switch my phone on this morning to be inundated with Man Points. However, I was greeted only with a message expressing her undying love for me. I promptly ignored the sentiment and asked if anything had been left on her doorstep, thus completely negating the carefully engineered element of surprise. To this end, she ran downstairs, probably knocking a wealth of priceless Ming vases and original Da Vinci paintings from the wall only to confirm there hadn't. I immediately got in contact with Serenata who, in their defence, replied briskly and sincerely, stating there had been a mixup at the DPD depot and offered a 15% discount by way of apology. Now, I consider offering of a 15% discount in return for the element of surprise being completely ruined, our wasting valuable time and energy chasing something that shouldn't have been an issue in the first place, having to deal with the crippling disappointment this has put upon me as a disabled man doing all he can to prevent his partner from realising that she could do a lot better, and being at the wrong end of a barrage of questions demanding to know what I've "done this time" as far from adequate. The best apology, I feel, would be to use a courier service that doesn't have a history of making customer's teeth itch. I now have to use two hands to mark the number of times I have been let down by DPD. That's just one person being let down by a courier service that serves millions and has the audacity to call themselves, "The delivery experts". There is even a link on their website dedicated to displaying all the awards they have earned whilst serving Joe Public the cream of failed deliveries, missing deadlines and non-existent parcels. Come on, Serenata, you can do better.

The worst customer service ever received. Ordered flowers for next day delivery and they were not delivered. Was offered a refund or redelivery. No compensation for the company’s failure to perform their obligations under the contract. Appalling.

The person was in the house all day, the flowers and chocolates weren't delivered and to deliver again you're charging me the same value again... What about the 1st order? Does it goes in the bin? Every time you won't deliver you're going to charge me 30 pounds? It looks like a scam to me though

I received an email Sat 6am to say flowers were out for delivery. I received a second email at 6pm to say courier had made a mistake and flowers were not delivered. It is now Monday lunchtime and I have heard nothing more.

Flowers were never delivered to the person even though I did get a delivery confirmation. Will never use the service again and will advise others to beware.
