You mixed old roses with younger roses. The they right after they were delivered lots of them were already brown and petals falling off!!! For the amount I paid you Ibwould have gotten a much better bunch of roses in a supermarket! DO NOT ORDER ROSES FROM THIS SITE! A COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTMENT AND WASTE OF MONEY!!!!

Not delivered on the Birthday, had to be delivered two days late, upgraded thank you, but very disappointed as I ordered with plenty of time for a local delivery.

I sent an orchid to friends for their 40th wedding anniversary. It arrived on the correct date, I received an email to say it was delivered and my friends were very happy with it

Ordered Friday for delivery on Saturday - for a sick relative Now Monday afternoon and still not delivered. Tried to claim no-one was home - despite a house full of people home, 3 cars on the drive and a dog and man in the garden !!! Anyway, we had asked for it to be left on the doorstep -so no excuse !! No-one will phone us and update us - we just get poor vague emails. Flowers will now be 3 days old - and no- response as to what is happening. Company don't publicise any phone numbers - so can't contact them to speak to a human - they only deal with emails despite me having asked for a phone call to update. Customer service is currently appalling - will not use again

Previous orders have been great. This one wasn’t. Specifically ordered (early on day 1) a large bouquet with additional guaranteed next day delivery before noon. This was because it was my cousin’s actual birthday and she would be going away late afternoon. No delivery (day 2). Notification the following day (day 3) at 9.00am that flowers on way. Asked Customer Service for explanation. They said sorry for disappointment; reimbursed £4.99 for pre-noon slot and 15% discount. Ok, they apologised and offered some recompense. But 15% may cover the effect of the flowers being left out all day. It does not cover the fact I seemingly missed my cousin’s birthday and could hardly call her (they explicitly say don’t expect notification at the point of delivery) and ask if she’d received them. So stuffed all round, really. Thankfully the flowers were beautiful. Though they were on offer at cheaper price once finished placing order.

Paid for before lunch delivery as they were for a birthday surprise and wanted to ensure we stayed in to be available to receive them. Courier delivered to the wrong property. I was informed they would be rescheduled for the same day but they didnt arrive. The next day I received a generic despatch email informing me that they were "being chauffeured in style and with the speed of light by our TRUSTY courier service" Based on this email, I held faint hope that a fresh bunch of flowers had been prepared to compensate for the inconvenience. No such luck. They were the same flowers which had now arrived post birthday, looking squashed and dishevelled, (though they arrived in good time and to the correct address this time). No compensation was offered and I even had to chase up a refund for the guaranteed delivery.

Very Prompt next day delivery, foliage good but white roses fairly wilted and browning on delivery. Disappointed in quality and freshness i expect more for c. £60

My flowers were a day late for my Mum's birthday which was really annoying. However they did arrive the next day but not until 3 in the afternoon. They gave a tiny financial compensation which was appreciated. The flowers were very good according to my Mum but I have not seen them yet.

Flowers were beautiful and delivered on time. Unfortunately after only 4 days most of the Roses started to die and go a dark colour around the edges

Website was easy and strait forward. To garentee Afternoon delivery £5 is a little pricey but again, not bad. I was told by the recipient that the flowers came boxed (personally I wanted them on show when delivered, feel like it’s more ‘special’) also the currier then went on to question why the buyer requested afternoon delivery as the store is open from 9am.. overall OK. If you want some flowers delivered with no special touch this is the place. If you want abit of romance.. look elsewhere.

I have ordered from Serenta Flowers and always been pleased however, on this occasion I was extremely disappointed. The flowers were a surprise for a friend. They were delivered late and a cleaner had to take them in (work address). My friend had to travel back to work the following day to collect them. All customer service advised was that an investigation will take place with the courier service. No thought to the disappointment of both myself and friend. Was quite upsetting experience.

Flowers never arrived. They kept blaming the couriers. Any reputable company would have offered at least a discount and redelivery. I was offered nothing so have asked for a refund. Terrible service.

Flowers didn’t turn up after checking my phone all day should have read the reviews to start with then wouldn’t have used at all.
