“Recipient said the flowers were wilting, heads fallen off. Very disappointing”

“I have just received a message from my mom in England to say that the flowers were half dead. She was disgusted and very disappointed with the presentation. Looked nothing like the flowers you advertised. Will not be recommending your company to anyone.”

“Flowers were lovely and luckily at the funeral on time. The problem was a phone call 30 minutes before the funeral to say they couldn't find the funeral parlour. Luckily as the delivery driver phoned he found the funeral directors. I didn't think he was in time as only 30 minutes to actual funeral time. I could do nothing as was driving on the way to the funeral so panicked the flowers would not arrive. As mentioned they were there but I had booked them a week before so did not think there would be a problem with delivery time as funeral was at 3pm. I guess this is where I booked on line and if I had spoken to someone it may have been explained that the flowers might not be delivered in time unless I paid for a time slot. Just worth noting.”

“Flowers arrived looking nice on the first day. Second day roses were a little wilted and by 3rd day they didn’t have much life in them. Lilies on the other hand were beautiful and lasted much longer”

“I found the website easy to use x flowers were delivered same day as requested and at short notice. They were for my sisters annniversary and she was thrilled with them she sent a photo and were just as in photo on website x would definitely use again and recommend to friends x”

“Flowers delivered as promised, however went for extra flowers, the pic my daughter sent looked a little scarce and she said the following day some flowers had already begun to droop even tho she had followed all instructions. Not very happy with this”

“Ordered what looked like a hand tied bouquet for a family funeral. All went well till I saw them in the hearse. They were wrapped in cellophane like a bunch from the supermarket so I never got to see the actual flowers. I was embarrassed as the other flowers were gorgeous. Put me off using them again”

“The photo I chose from showed 3 lots of flowers; roses, a violet flower and these were interspersed with a white flower. There were only roses and the violet flower when delivered.”

“To this day I have no idea if the person received the flowers or not. I had problems with the website during the order and had to go through customer services to get the order confirmed. I was led to believe the order had been confirmed but have heard nothing from my friend OR from Serenata. I received an email asking for feedback and I explained that I have no idea if the flowers arrived, I have had no reply regarding this. Moreover, since the ‘order’ I have had marketing emails each day - since I don’t know if any flowers arrived last time I made an order I’m hardly going to use you again! I am going to have to ask my friend if she received her surprise big birthday flowers and risk he feeling uncomfortable if they arrived and she didn’t say OR upset if they didn’t arrive, and then I’ll be requesting a refund!”

“You mixed old roses with younger roses. The they right after they were delivered lots of them were already brown and petals falling off!!! For the amount I paid you Ibwould have gotten a much better bunch of roses in a supermarket! DO NOT ORDER ROSES FROM THIS SITE! A COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTMENT AND WASTE OF MONEY!!!!”

“Ordered Friday for delivery on Saturday - for a sick relative Now Monday afternoon and still not delivered. Tried to claim no-one was home - despite a house full of people home, 3 cars on the drive and a dog and man in the garden !!! Anyway, we had asked for it to be left on the doorstep -so no excuse !! No-one will phone us and update us - we just get poor vague emails. Flowers will now be 3 days old - and no- response as to what is happening. Company don't publicise any phone numbers - so can't contact them to speak to a human - they only deal with emails despite me having asked for a phone call to update. Customer service is currently appalling - will not use again”
