The website is not user friendly,hard to edit and if you want to send more than 1 order of the same thing to different people becomes impossible. My credit card was charged for the incorrect amount and despite the customer service agreeing that the amount is incorrect it has not been made right by them.Much easier to deal with a live person .

The flowers were delivered 2 days late without any warning or explanation and despite receiving emails on both the scheduled day of delivery and the following day saying the courier was on his way. After a complaint, I was offered a 15% discount which was rather insulting. The whole point of the flowers was to welcome my mother into her new home on the say she arrived, not two days later

I ordered flowers on the website which i was unable to confirm a delivery date and by the time i relised i had payed and it defaulted the following date. Within 1 minute of the order i had sent a request to change it to the following day and was told cant do it. So it spoilt the surprise as it was delivered the wrong date. Wont use again.

Flowers were delivered 3 days late. Recipient was by then away from the delivery address and only revieved them today-almost a week late. No delivery message from the company either

The flowers were very nice delivered as agreed. There was a dead fly in the flowers. The box was damaged, there was no water just a paper towel which was damp. And poor old teddy had 1 leg sewn on at an odd angle so he was leaning to one side

The vase I ordered was apparently broken when it arrived which I found somewhat embarrassing. I thought the flowers might have been actually delivered in the vase not separate. I can't really see the point of them being separate it just looks odd.

Beware - Serenata is a MALTESE based company that makes contacting them almost impossible! I found that Facebook messaging was the only way I could get a response as 3 emails I sent were not answered

I was happy the flowers got delivered to the person I wished for it to be delivered to Was slightly disappointed that her name didn't appear on the address (especially as I was unsure if I had given the correct flat number) Also I was concerned that the delivery left item on the ground floor corridor without leaving it in front of her door at the least or making sure she collected these) I remember when placing delivery option, I indicated 'being patient' as part of delivery option Thanks

Ordered flowers for birthday present, needed them delivered rather than just mailed as buds as some do. but didn't want to spend a fortune with rip off prices as some sites do. Were a little concerned as never used these folks before but ordering was simple, we were kept informed of delivery progress by messages, delivery was on time and the birthday girl loved the delivered result...so all good and on this experience would certainly use again and recommend

I understood flowers would be delivered day before funeral, that was fine. I was well informed as to exact delivery time. When I saw the bunch of flowers at the funeral, I felt very disappointed and embarrassed because I ordered them on behalf of myself and two friends. They were the worst and saddest looking bunch that I have ever seen at a funeral. They, what I could see, were limp and very tightly wrapped in cellophane. I'm aware flowers are expensive at this time of year but for £35 they were a poor show, a very large card was also in front of the bunch, you couldn't read the message, the only purpose was to obscure the view. A decent bunch of flowers cost under a tenner. Why such a poor show?

My mother in law that received the flowers didn’t not think the bunch looked good and was not full of flowers as shown in the picture! Very poor feedback from receiptent, definitely will not be using Serenata Flowers again.

Flowers lovely. Frustrated a neighbour wasn't allowed to sign because it was '10min before delivery slot'!!

The flowers were ok but not exactly as shown in picture as the orange flowers that would have given an autumn contrast were red like all the others. Some of the stems were bent and never recovered.

1st time i've ordered flowers online and it was so easy. Received an email immediately with my confirmation and tracking number. Got an email at 9.10 next morning saying they were dispatched and another 5.30 saying they were delivered. My friend sent me a photo of them, could have done with another 2 or 3 flowers in it (or it was my friends vase that made them look scarce), overall pleased with the service.

The flowers were not delivered. Some mistake by the delivery driver. Two days after the delivery driver claims that somone signed for them, a neighbour turned up with them saying they had been left on the wrong doorstep. So, no flowers for 88th birthday, old tired flowers two days later. Customer service at serenata? They dont seem particularly bothered. 'cant do anything while we investigate...' they said. I still havent heard back from them. Would not recommend. Will not use again. Will continue to pursue complaint. Feel totally ripped off by people who clearly dont care about customers. Would give no stars if I could.

My husband ordered flowers for me, a very special occasion and he was let down by this company. Failed delivery with no communication. How this happens in this day and age I have no idea. The delivery even failed again the next day with no apology. They didnt care that they have ruined a very special occasion for us.
