“Missing item in the order and won't re-deliver. Delivery company missing the recipient name when deliver the flowers and just left the flowers with a receptionist. Avoid ordering from this flower website if all possible.”

“You ask if it would like to be left with neighbour yet you let a courier firm dpd dictact that it’s perfectly acceptable to not do this simple request which is asked of them instead leave it on the front doorstep in plain view”

“Beautiful flowers Arrived on time Smashed pre paid vase Pre written card which I also paid extra for arrived incorrect. Minor refund received but really a full refund should have been offered due to disappoint from myself and the recipient I know this negative feedback means I have zero chance of winning Amazon voucher but I feel it is better to give honest feedback rather than write something positive that you may want to hear”

“The flowers were beautiful. The vase smashed Card arrived incomplete I should really expect a full refund instead of minor refund for vase & Card, disappointed. thanks”

“Absolute rubbish firm, dreadful service. Ordered flowers for my niece’s birthday to be delivered on Saturday . No notification to her or myself about non delivery. She is still waiting for delivery and tomorrow will be 3 days late, that is, if she gets them. I will never use this firm again and I will make sur that my family and friends don’t either.”

“The full address was not on the flowers and the driver was delayed delivering them. The flowers were not fresh very disappointed I have more photos of the flowers not great”

“Review re the 2nd order delivered on 11th November. Very disappointing. All previous flowers from Serenata had been good. The flowers delivered on 10th November to a different person were very good. Did I choose the wrong bouquet - or was it because I used the discount code - though I can't remember if this was used on the first or second order. However, I noticed they soon disappeared from my daughters house i.e.within 24 hours of receipt - because they did not look good.”

“Sent flowers to a friend who lives quite a distance away. Never used this type of service before but pleasantly surprised by the ease of the process and the updated received at all stages. Friend delighted with her lovely delivery. Quality goods and great price and top class service. Will definitely recommend and use again.”

“Idiots failed to deliver flowers for my wifes birthday. Now they sent me an e-mail asking for a review LOL. Serenata's communication system is laughable, not only that but they tell lies. 1st they claim they have delivered my order, then they tell me I've moved house- too stupid to figure their courier went to wrong house-3 days latter still no flowers and still no refund. Not sure if this is down to incompetence of dishonesty. And the self congratulatory e-mails are as annoying as they are cheesy and dishonest- so here we go again Serenta you have NOT delivered my order and all the pish you write in e-mails ain't going to change that”

“The flowers looked just like the illustration. The card & message were correct. Things I was not so happy about:- Some of the flowers (the roses) only lasted 4 days. The delivery was only just before 10:30 am, considering how much extra I paid & there was no particular reason I could see why they couldn't have been earlier. The on-line advert gave the impression you were a florist local to Padstow, who might have been quicker on a Monday morning. Your on-line adverts afterwards are very annoying.”

“The website is not user friendly,hard to edit and if you want to send more than 1 order of the same thing to different people becomes impossible. My credit card was charged for the incorrect amount and despite the customer service agreeing that the amount is incorrect it has not been made right by them.Much easier to deal with a live person .”

“The flowers were delivered 2 days late without any warning or explanation and despite receiving emails on both the scheduled day of delivery and the following day saying the courier was on his way. After a complaint, I was offered a 15% discount which was rather insulting. The whole point of the flowers was to welcome my mother into her new home on the say she arrived, not two days later”

“I ordered flowers on the website which i was unable to confirm a delivery date and by the time i relised i had payed and it defaulted the following date. Within 1 minute of the order i had sent a request to change it to the following day and was told cant do it. So it spoilt the surprise as it was delivered the wrong date. Wont use again.”
