“These flowers were for a lady celebrating her 94th birthday so I was very upset to learn that they did not arrive on the day I requested. I also asked for them to be left with a neighbour if the recipient was not at home but this was not done.”

“The roses were completely different colour unfortunately and I opted for delux size but it was equivalent of large supermarket bouquet for around £15 and I paid £25 Delivery was quick and on time”

“The Flowers arrived and the roses were wilting completely. I was told they always arrive like this to protect them and the recipient is supposed to peel off all the outer petals. I was told once this was done they would last at least a week. 2 days later they are dead. after arguing for 2 days I have given up but will never use Seranata again”

“The flowers were not delivered!!!!!! The www site was very difficult to follow. I ordered for delivery to Church Cottage, Beachamwell, Nr Swaffham Norfolk, PE37 8BD. After paying a lot of money for a super bunch , I realised that your site interpreted this as 1 Church Lane,Beachamwell. I tried to get this changed but your computer told me it was not possible!!!!! I travelled from Hereford to Swaffham on Sunday to find that my flowers had not arrived. This was very disappointing as well as embarrassing. There was no way that I could speak to anyone on the twlephone. When in Swaffham I tried to find Serenata Flowers, Swaffham but was told that no such shop existed. What a con. I would like my money back in full. If I don't receive satisfaction I will report you to the Trading Standards Authority.”

“The flowers were absolutely awful, they never opened up and all died within a few days. Contacted Serenata before writing this review and they said they could not look into the problem as flowers were sent over 7 days ago (it was 8 days ago).”

“Ordering process was not very straight forward and I ended up ordering two bouquets but managed to cancel one. It was my mistake but very frustrating that you can't call anyone. My only real complaint is the flowers were just left on the door step and the driver didn't knock the door first. First time using them and not sure if I would use again.”

“Ordered a large bunch of roses (grandissiomo) for my wife's birthday. However, she received a pathetic bunch of flowers as pictured and not as described or shown on the website. Should have gone to Marks or Waitrose instead.”

“Person for whom I sent flowers we home all day. It's bit embarrassing to ask to collect from neighbour. I did leave message to knock hard with the order as doorbell wasn't working but it looks like nobody read the instruction. Not happy with this service.”

“The courier left the flowers with a neighbour even though my in laws were in their house. I received an email to say the flowers had been delivered to my mother in law which in fact was untrue. I sent a message to your customer services which once again is difficult to make contact. I was told they knew the flowers had gone next door but the courier didn’t have an option to let me know. I won’t recommend your company poor communication and also courier decided to leave next door without letting myself or my mother in law they had. A card through the door would of taken one minute. Didn’t even receive an apology My mother in law isn’t well and I wanted her to know we were thinking of her Poor service”

“The flowers, I am told, were very nice. I will never deal with them again as there is no telephone contact. I will admit that my email was answered quickly even though it was late evening, it was imperative that I contacted them for reasons that I will not go into. I find the normal 'run of the mill' emails to be OTT and not very business like. The Company need to rethink their marketing methods and act more professional.”

“They never delivered the flowers! Bought them for my mum, upon contacting them they stated that it will take 48 hours to look into! Errrr... but what about my mums birthday? Still waiting to hear WTF has happened!”

“flowers arrived in a mess, but I am sure this was not down to florist but courier service, something seemed to have happened in transit as flowers still looked fresh but a mess, that seems to fit with box falling over. Anyway I received a prompt full refund.”
