Sent flowers for my Mother's birthday. The flowers were in poor condition when they arrived and when I got to see them 5 days later they were ready to be thrown away. Very poor compared to other suppliers I have used in the past. I will not be using Serenta again.

I asked for the delivery to be patient. The recipient is 88 and her husband 90. By the time the door was answered a card was through the door and flowers left by back door

The flowers were beautiful and my daughter loved them. The electric blue blooms were so you unique. They arrived on schedule

What's the point in asking what time a funeral is and then delivering flowers too late

You asked for the review......... Ordered flowers on Thursday specifically as they would be delivered next day, left the instruction to leave on the doorstep, an option provided as I was not sure if the person would be home. It needed to be that day, they were not going to be at home due to a situation but I organised someone to collect from the doorstep. No flowers on doorstep. DPD say flowers are delivered. Try to contact Serenata, no phone number, all done by email. I am in Malaysia, a time difference etc, no time to play email tennis, but no other choice. The response to the above is a disgrace. 'In our terms and conditions we state we cannot guarantee delivery options' - Seriously? The door is tucked away at the side of the house. They tell be that they have to wait until the driver is interviewed, this takes 24-48 hours. I am now over 48 hours later and nothing. Absolutely disgraceful. An occasion missed, down to poor service. I would have called the driver myself that day if I had let someone down. So I cannot comment on the actual flowers. As far as I can see from DPD they were delivered to no.8, a person called Matheson. No one was at the house. I am speaking to someone about my options to claim my money back. AVOID AVOID

Yellow roses had brown petals on them and some of the freesias had stated to wilt and some were past saving on opening the box, the flowers have not been in the house for 48 hours yet but look ready to throw in the bin, will never use again.

The flowers were lovely can't fault them but the contact to get help with order is very difficult. No direct lines has to be done by form. No help when you need to speak with someone straight away. When I did manage to get contact they were helpful.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers and they were delivered ahead of schedule the following day. The website was easy to navigate and the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

This is the the fourth time I have ordered flowers from Serenata Flowers UK for my sister in UK . It has been a very happy choice as she has been more than happy each time. AS I live in Australia I have never been able to see these flowers personally, but she has sent me photographs each time. One was for Xmas and the rest birthdays, The last time Oct 18th I ordered Lily's. The all came in bud form and are begining to open now. A very happy sister Thank You

I was not at the funeral they were purchased for. I was unhappy that they were not in a vase or in any form for presentation. I saw a photo. Flowers wrapped in paper, lying on there side. Could only see the card and tip of 1 flower. Not good for £56.! But were delivered in time that I paid £5 extra for and card 1/2 correct.

I thought the delivery service was good and liked being kept up to date with progress from the witty emails. However, I thought the quality of the flowers was very poor and I was very disappointed. Although pleased with the discount, I guess you get what you pay for! :-(

My brother and I were trying desperately to order flowers from Australian for same day deliver to our mum who was unwell in the UK. After lots of searching and attempting orders for same day delivery Serenata accepted our order and payment was made. Unfortunately a few hours later we received an email to say they were unable to deliver to the area requested for same day delivery and our order was cancelled, no offer of next day delivery!!! We are now, 3 days later, still waiting for the money to be credited back!!!

Nice flowers but if this was a ‘Grandissimo’ order...i’d Have hated it I had just ordered a standard bunch. It certainly did not seem ‘Grandissimo’ to me...rather disappointing,

I complained about the condition, no phone number, so endless emails. Still no result. I sent two photos as requested and am now being asked for more photos of the floral tribute which now lie on a grave a considerable distance away. You could not make it up. I am livid.

Ordered a funeral sheaf, however it was delivered as a bouquet wrapped in paper. Very disappointed

It is tricky leaving a review when you don't personally see the bouquets. I have sent two now for two friends but felt that, although pleased to receive, they were more 'surprised' than 'admiring' and were particularly taken with the beautifully worded accompanying card that talks about being a good hostess to the flowers, rather than the flowers themselves. What I DO know is that Serenata are reliable and deliver on time, plus, their bouquets seem very reasonable.

wide range of designs and prices for all pockets. excellent communication about the delivery. flowers came in well presented protected packaging and when they were unboxed amazing bouquet. recommend no question. and will definitely use there services again!!! :)

The flowers were not delivered on the day I requested which meant I had to spend another £20 purchasing flowers from elsewhere for a presentation at my office. Serenata spent 8 hours arguing with me by email stating that I had to pay for the flowers whether they arrived or not. To add insult to injury, the flowers arrived the following day (too late) and although they were pretty, the size of the bunch was quite small and I had paid extra to have a larger bunch. All in all, this was my worst experience of purchasing goods on-line since I started doing so many years ago.
