“Despite giving 24hours notice, Serenata flowers were unable to change the delivery address. They claimed that is was because the order was in process and drivers must deliver to the states address. Why they simply couldn’t change the address in their system is beyond me. Multiple e-mails back and forth, with no solutions offered. Flowers delivered and left outside an unoccupied building, where anyone could take them. Certainly not good customer service.”

“It was not delivered on the day I requested despite you sending an email telling me the flowers had left your place -- in the end the flowers were only delivered the next day. Had they been for a birthday, I would have looked really bad.”

“Having forgotten a birthday, I was delighted to see that Serenata Flowers would deliver on a Sunday. The price was reasonable, the service excellent and the birthday girl was delighted - thank you!”

“I loved the emails with their sense of humor giving me a progress report all along the way. The ordering procedures were easy and your company has great follow through. Excellent in every aspect of my experience, being so far away from the U.K. in California. I will use you again!”

“Flowers never received delivered to a different address”

“The flowers arrived on time but were in poor condition two of the stems were without petals the rest were wide open and dropping petals, was offered 10% discount but this did not cover the disappointment felt by the recipient and the embarrassment felt by myself. Will not use Serenata in the future.”

“I ordered the flowers to be delivered on Sunday and they did not arrive. I was offered a redelivery or refund, and as it had missed the event, I asked for a refund. Then received an email the next day to say they ere out for delivery again. However, although the tracking says the same, they have still not arrived.”

“The flowers were a different colour to what they were advertised on the website. There were hardly any flowers in the boquet. The £20 price tag did not reflect the flowers that were sent as a gift. The boquet looked like a £5 supermarket boquet not a bunch of ‘quality’ flowers from an online florest. I would not reccomend this website and i definatly would not order from yourselves ever again.”

“The website would not complete my order, I had to send an email to customer services and get a reply in order to complete the order. They've taken my money - however, I have no idea if the flowers got there or not!”

“An unfortunate set of circumstances which with hindsight could have been handled better. The friend I had ordered the birthday flowers for unfortunately passed away the day before her birthday. I sent a message to request that the flowers should not be delivered to my friend and it was promptly responded to say the order would be cancelled. Next day when thinking a bit straighter, I asked whether I would be refunded or if the flowers could be delivered to me if not. The reply was that they had been destroyed, so money taken but no flowers seen. I was however offered 50% off my next order.”

“Very disappointed.flowers did not arrive on the day ordered dispute being ordered a week in advance. A special day that cannot be repeated went with out my gift. Won't use again and won t recommend.”

“Normally I get a really good experience with them, unfortunately this time the flowers were lovely and delivered on time, but within a day they had already started to wilt and die, this was a great disappointment to my mother as normally they last for weeks, they didn't last a week this time.”

“I ordered the flower nine days before the lady's birthday which should have been plenty of time. As far as I can tell they were delivered the day AFTER her birthday and she was not there. So depending on when she returns it will be after her birthday and/or the flowers will be long dead. Very disappointed. Cal Thomas”

“I pre ordered flowers as I would be away when it was a friends 'special birthday'. Flowers were delivered but they failed to put the message with the flowers I painstakingly made when ordering the flowers. The upshot of this very bad error was that my friend thought I had forgotten her birthday and had not a clue as to who the flowers were from. This is a really bad mistake and I am very very disappointed. As a new customer I do not think I would use them again.”

“Next day delivery, reasonable price and lots of options for extras - like a gift and balloons. Size of bouquet didn't reflect the picture on the webpage though, and afternoon delivery seems silly. Paid extra for it, and the flowers was delivered at 12.07. What I was was hoping for when choosing afternoon was around 3-4, not 7minutes past noon. Though fairly, it is after-noon.”
