I ordered these flowers for my mums birthday and was very disappointed when I went to her house and saw the flowers for myself. I ordered a Deluxe bunch of flowers with a vase and I am sure she did not get what I ordered. The bunch of flowers was in a small bag of water and the bunch was so small there is no way this was a deluxe bunch. The flowers were delivered in a cardboard box, they came with no flower food,most of the flowers were crushed and there wasn't even a small card as with other flowers I have ordered in the past from other company's with the name of the flowers on it or a small guide as to how long they should stay in the bag of water before transferring them into a vase as the one I ordered did not come. I will never use this company again and for value for money I would have been better off buying from a super market. The money I paid for this bunch I would have got a bigger beautiful gift rapped bunch of flowers if I had gone into a florist in person.

These flowers were due to be delivered on Saturday. They were not delivered until Monday!!! Too late and very disappointing. Also when I knew the flowers had not been delivered on Saturday Iwas unable to contact Serenata Flowers as they do not provide a telephone service and email was not working!!!I will not be using Serenata Glowersagain.

The flowers were beautiful and delivered the very next day as promised. Unfortunately the email correspondence / confirmation of delivery was not accurate. We received confirmation of 2 sets of flowers being delivered to the same person! but on contacting the people we sent flowers to this was not the case?!! and they had been delivered to the correct addresses.

This is my second review as it didn't post my first as a left no stars. The flowers have not been delivered from last week. I have had no response from the website with my query. The company has taken money from my account. Very poor.

Always top notch in the past however last 3 deliveries had issues. Mainly with the delivery company I think damaging stuff and delivering to wrong addresses. Serenata dealt with the issues quickly and to my satisfaction. I think they should review their delivery company and get back to the good standards I know they're capable of.

Last minute rush for a forgotten birthday at the other end of the country wonderfully resolved by Serenata. Lovely flowers,speedy delivery and great price.

Rubbish delivery No email tracking for me to see turned up at 3pm on the day of my wedding anniversary appalling I won't use again . The flowers wasn't worth the money at all could of got better from supermarket

The delivery was on time. We ordered from abroad, and choosed Serenata because of reasonable prices. We were a little concerned about the lack of phone numbers, but everything went well. The bouquet of flowers was smaller than shown on picture, but still ok. The delivery tracking was convenient. I recommend the service all in all.

The bouquet was nothing like the Ianthe image. Purchased because of the strong purple colours. The White roses were already going brown at the edges when they arrived. I also paid for an extra size which it certainly wasn't in my view. Very disappointing

Failed to deliver. Ordered flowers on the 4th to be delivered on the 7th & they didn't turn up. Very disappointed as they were for a wedding anniversary.

One package was delivered to my parents 60th wedding anniversary get-together as promised. The second was delivered a full day late, so missed the anniversary. Customer service makes it impossible to speak to a person or clean up anything. Absolutely no way I can ever trust this business. After missing the delivery date, I wrote in their on-line form and requested a personal apology to the recipient at time of delivery but that request was also ignored, without a reply to me. Recommend doing business elsewhere. This company only wants money and does not deliver the service it promises.

By far the most reasonably priced international delivery (UK to Canada). Excellent customer service. bouquet arrived on date specified. Recipient delighted with quality of flowers.

Not actually sure if I am, as have as yet had no feedback from the Family of my deceased family member . All I know is from the tracking service that advised me the flowers had been delivered to the correct Funeral Directors the day preceding the funera .

Flowers were ordered as a Birthday treat for elderly mother as we were out of the country on the actual day. We returned 2 weeks later to be informed that the flowers were disappointing and in a poor condition. Apparently they were thrown out within the first week! The thought was appreciated, sadly the flowers weren't.

The flowers were not delivered in the time period specifically requested - even though we received an automated message advising that they would be delivered as requested. No-one contacted us to advise that there had been a problem in delivery - although why the driver could not find an Old People's Home that is well known in the area, I cannot imagine. Although we then asked that the flowers be delivered TWO days later, they were delivered the following day - in other words a day earlier than we then wanted. And from the reports and photos that we received the flowers were limp and in no way resembled the arrangement that we had ordered. When one is ordering flowers long distance (from Israel) for your Mother's 103rd birthday, the offer of a 15% refund does not make up for the complete failure in every aspect. And the company policy of having no Customer Service telephone connection, only by e-mail, only served to exacerbate the situation. I can confidently say that I would not recommend Serenata, and will not be using them again.
