Not actually sure if I am, as have as yet had no feedback from the Family of my deceased family member . All I know is from the tracking service that advised me the flowers had been delivered to the correct Funeral Directors the day preceding the funera .

Flowers were ordered as a Birthday treat for elderly mother as we were out of the country on the actual day. We returned 2 weeks later to be informed that the flowers were disappointing and in a poor condition. Apparently they were thrown out within the first week! The thought was appreciated, sadly the flowers weren't.

The flowers were not delivered in the time period specifically requested - even though we received an automated message advising that they would be delivered as requested. No-one contacted us to advise that there had been a problem in delivery - although why the driver could not find an Old People's Home that is well known in the area, I cannot imagine. Although we then asked that the flowers be delivered TWO days later, they were delivered the following day - in other words a day earlier than we then wanted. And from the reports and photos that we received the flowers were limp and in no way resembled the arrangement that we had ordered. When one is ordering flowers long distance (from Israel) for your Mother's 103rd birthday, the offer of a 15% refund does not make up for the complete failure in every aspect. And the company policy of having no Customer Service telephone connection, only by e-mail, only served to exacerbate the situation. I can confidently say that I would not recommend Serenata, and will not be using them again.

Flowers were not delivered on the date required. Email to say Money credited back to my account. Very happy to say the flowers were delivered the next day as a good will gesture from the company for the none delivery the previous day. I will certainly use them again, not many company's are as generous. Keep up keeping customers happy ........thank you .

Requested am delivery & they arrived after 5pm. Driver threw box over gate as office was closed. Pink roses were brown tinged. Poor service. Would not recommend.

Flowers ordered and delivered efficiently on time, however I order and grandissimo bunch but the volume of flowers were that of a standard bunch of flowers. Good quality but didn't feel I got my moneys worth......Disappointed!!

ordered pre ten 10.30 ,flowers delivered to wrong address. contacted Serenata told they would contact me when they knew more. I contacted DPD arranged to have the flowers picked up and redelivered later that day. the following day contact serenata ask why no news from them,why did they not arrange redelivery and why have I not been refunded for at least the delivery charge. Told they were waiting for an email reply from DPD which could take up to 48 hours. I asked why they didn't use the phone Like I did and was told they were an e commerce company and did not use the phone to sort out problems . In my opinion a very poor excuse as it was a blemish on my wife's Birthday but they did not seem too concerned about that. The flowers when opened had several heads that were broken. To me the bunch look quite a sorry state although that could be because my view was spoilt with the disappointment of the whole affair. Also no sorry you had to sort this out yourself even though I managed to save them time and the trouble. Plus saved them money arranging a replacement bunch however that would have taken several days for that which in no way makes up for the poor service ,lack lusture efforts in trying to remedy the situation or the poor state of the flowers. My Wife won't be forty again not sure why I should give serenata another chance. thankfully the flowers were only part of many things arranged for my wife ,I am glad I did not put more money into this part of her special day. three days later still waiting to hear what they think Have escalated the issue but I think their priorities lie else where.

Flowers lovely but my message was missing and the card was blank so my friend didn’t know who had sent her birthday flowers

The flowers were lovely but sadly the card sent to my friend was blank so she didn’t know who they were from. After posting and asking on Facebook she found out they were from me. Not quite what I would have wished for. Contacted customer service but they kept repeating I hadn’t asked for a message! My reply - who would send flowers without a message? Not me that’s for sure.

Ordered these for my wife for our anniversary.most of flowers ok but all the roses were not fresh and brown at base of flowers.first thing she noticed!as women do!

Bouquet was beautiful when it arrived and recipient was extremely happy, unfortunately the roses in the bouquet died off in 2 days.

Flowers didn’t arrive for my mother’s birthday. Arrived a day late, flowers were very dried out and thirsty. Refund was given though.

Very disappointed. Flowers looked nothing like the size in the picture despite going foe the extra stem bunch for more money. Will not be using again.

The flowers were delivered on time with the balloon and vase. However half the flowers looked dead and totally were after three days. I buy my girlfriend flowers out of the supermarket regularly that normally last a couple of weeks. Disappointing as it was her birth.

I ordered The Classic White Cross for my mother for her sister’s funeral. When the flowers arrived the box was very damaged. When I look at the cross a lot of the flowers were falling off and the white roses were going beige. I needed to reattach some of the flowers. The flowers looked old and not fresh, very poor quality for £69.99. This is very poor customer service and I will not be using this company again.

No actually I wasn't to please with the flowers,which was a birthday gift..... I ordered the twilight flowers,which had 10 cream roses & greenery, but left out the purple freesias...... Don't think I will be ordering again.

Flowers are nice and still fresh, however, delivery was made one day after date originally requested. The courier was supposedly unable to find the address.
