Very poor sent wrong flowers then i got caught in an e mail frenzy to gpet 50% of my money back.

The flowers were easy to choose on the web-site, all recipients have praised them, they seem good value and delivery has been on time.

Appauling flowers suppose to be a grandissimo bunch they look like a £5 that i could of got from tescos , they are a disgrace i would like to be compensated or some decent flowers as an apology

Revieved a text at 07.36 stating that birthday flowers where on route my partner did not receive them until 16.20. Flowers where nice not the service

Flowers as a whole good, thought it would be bigger bunch tho, delivery not so good as was dumped in front garden without even knocking on door

Flowers were delivered to the wrong address. There is a problem on your system regarding the hotel I ordered the flowers to. The address on the package was missing important information.

The 'medium' size bunch was rather small and the flowers did not look fresh. The card which I paid an extra £2.99 for seemed to be a printed piece of A4 paper folded over. I was quite embarrassed that these represented my wishes at a funeral.

Flowers were not delivered, I was not informed- took two days for them to find out why the flowers did not arrive = no flowers for my mum and moment ruined

Can not fault the delivery system, I was kept informed at all times, was a little disappointed with the flowers, was expecting there to be more for what I paid, but overall, was ok

Flowers ordered for a funeral. It was not made clear that an additional delivery charge was needed to ensure they arrived at the funeral directors in time for the funeral. As a result they were not delivered in time. Then I found out that they had not been delivered to the funeral directors at all, even though I put this down as the recipients address (in my book that's where you expect them to be delivered!!) instead they delivered later in the day to the crematorium????????????

I was very satisfied with their service. They delivered exactly what they promised on their web site. The product was of a very high standard and the delivery time was on time. The product was a bouquet of flowers. I ordered this bouquet just the day before I wanted it to be delivered and as I already mentioned, it was delivered on time without any problem. This made me and especially my wife very happy. I would like to recommend Serenata Flowers for their top notch services. I believe that I will never be sorry to make use of their products and services.

Saw a photo of flowers. Did not feel some of the roses looked fresh Was disappointed.

Flowers were not as photographed indicated and I was very disappointed. I paid extra for deluxe and the flowers were very small. Not value for money and will not be ordering again. 2 stars given for communication via email which was ok

i ordered some flowers on the friday but realised i had the date of delivery wrong so tried to get in touch and amend the date. But this was impossible as i had used guest checkout and your customer service centre was e-mail only. Hence when they returned my mail on the monday ( for a tuesday delivery) it was too late to do anything. So flowers were delivered to a house where they left for honeymoon the next day. I'll never use the service again and will stay local where i can talk to someone.

The flowers were left in a side passage to the house, no card was put through the door saying where they had been left. The flowers themselves were OK but after two days left outside not at their best. All in all a very unsatisfactory experience. Having lived and worked in Malta for a few years this 'care less' from a business based there isn't a surprise. Avoid them and use local florists or the well known international alternative.

I ordered a chocolate gift for a school boy who was visiting the UK from Australia on a football tour. Unfortunately he was badly injured and required hospitalisation. I ordered the gift, but within a few hours we were notified that he was being sent home to Australia for surgery. I e mailed Serenata immediately to cancel the gift, but they said that the courier had collected the gift and would be delivered the next day. I asked them to phone the courier and cancel the delivery. What would be the point in delivering it to the hospital when the patient had already been discharged? They refused and simply quoted their terms and conditions etc. Absolutely no customer service, no flexibility or common sense. Company shows a lack of respect for customer's money when they would deliver a gift to rot at a hospital reception desk. Very very disappointing experience and sure that there must be another company out there that is more deserving of your business - a company who is prepared to work with a customer to find a solution when things do not go according to plan.

I ordered a wreath of white flowers for a funeral. They arrived in tatters. Absolutely disgraceful.
