Paid £9.99 for the flowers to be delivered before 10.30 on 20/09/2017, when I queried non delivery I was told that the courier was ''stuck on the motorway''?! I asked for a full refund in accordance with your website disclaimer, the was told that this would happen, as I write, no refund has been received. I received a further e.mail message from yourselves at 8.20pm stating that the flowers had been delivered?! This was untrue / mistaken as no flowers were received from yourselves. I would have been less put out had the flowers arrived at some time throughout 20th, but to receive no delivery leads me to believe that it was never your intention to deliver the flowers despite the fact that they had been paid for in full It is quite alarming that your organisational skills are so hapless. As you are aware, the flowers were for my wife for our wedding anniversary, the fact that they did not arrive was extremely embarrassing for me. Suffice to say that I will not be using your services in the future.

The flowers were delivered with one rose bud chopped off, the other roses were a little brown and drooped within 2 days. I advised you of this but am unable to send the photos on your system Perhaps you would now like t let me have a sensible email address to send you the photos. However I understand that the recipient has complained and sent you the photos that she took. Ref. No. 217807020

Flowers delivered on time and following delivery instructions but they were not displayed as they were online which I am not happy with. There was a line of flowers and then a bunch of roses. Not mixed as shown in pics on site.

Flowers were the worst I have ever sent . When they arrived they were dead or dying..... they looked like a petrol station bunch ...... not great a waste of money go to a local florist next time. When I challenged this I was told a photo was not a photo and proof and I needed to provide additional evidence ..... poor company and poor training in customer service worst florist ever #avoidatallcosts

The flowers were of very poor quality when they arrived. It was our wedding anniversary and my wife was some what disappointed with the quality of the flowers. Some were lacking water and some were brown on the ends. We were both disappointed with the quality. I have previously had flowers which were of a high standard but not these.

2 and a half hours after I placed the order I was sent an email informing me they weren't able to fulfill the order. This was disappointing as I needed the flowers delivered that day. On the plus side, they offered to upgrade the order and fulfill it the next day, or provide a refund. I opted for the refund which was dealt with reasonably quickly

A couple of hours after I ordered I was sent an email saying they were unable to fulfill the order, which was disappointing. On the plus side, the refund was processed reasonably quickly.

The order for my 30th weeding anniversary was placed for 24hr delivery to my wifes workplace as a surprise and notified that the order was enroute at 09:30 in the morning. GOOD Then received notification at 2100 that they had not been delivered and was given an option to cancel or be redelivered. Order eventually reached my wife a day late completely missing the important day in question. This was further compounded because roses were of poor quality with shrivelled and bruised petals on many and clearly dehydrated after 2 days stuck in a cardboard box with no water. Tried to contact Serenta but no telephone number and the web site always led to "cancel order or re deliver". Could not complain about failed delivery and poor quality because drop down taps only give one option and gave in. I will never use this Company again. I will be amazed if they post this or respond positively. :-(

When my friend received her plant arrangement, it looked as if the box had been up side down. The arrangement looked a mess, one of the plants had come adrift, there was soil in the bottom of the delivery box and the greeting card was soiled and ruined.

flowers were not delivered to my wife on our anniversary deposit paying a premium for same day delivery, my mobile number was left ad no call was made only an automated email to say that they have cancelled the order as they could not find someone who could deliver. if you cannot offer same day delivery do not advertise that you can and further to that do not complete a transaction only to cancel by email 3 hours later! I would not recommend this service to anyone. I would appreciate your feedback

I order flowers for my sister as she had a serious operation and I could not be with her and a week later she is still waiting for the flowers. I contacted the customer services day 2 and was told that the courier was at fault as was delivered to wrong depot and still the flowering day when I again contacted again to be told they would be delivered the following day now it was day 4 still not delivered contacted again to be told would be deleivered Tomorrow we'll still not deleivered. Then sister went home from hospital and again contacted to say the flowers were not delivered and i asked to change address . To be told oh we can't do that but seems that the problems i experienced they would send to her house. Now that was fri and today is tues and still no flowers . I AM SO DISAPPOINTED AS I WANTED TO SHOW MY SISTER I WAS THINKING OF HER BY SENDING FLOWERS SO CROSS AND LET DOWN

I was impressed with the handling of my order and feedback regarding delivery etc. However I was disappointed to see the funeral flowers I had chosen with a black bow were wrapped in cellophane complete with a yellow ribbon.
