“Couldn't amend my order, I gave the company enough notice. They got back to me the morning it was due to be delivered saying it has already been sent (7:30am) when infact I got a notification at 9:30 that it had just been picked up. And when the flowers were delivered they were left near a bin in the rain which resulted in a damp card and soggy flowers. Thanks alot (!)”

“I ordered and paid for a birthday card, the parcel that arrived was soaking and when I opened it the birthday card that was not in an envelope was completely unrecognisable and both leaves were stuck together. The flowers were fine, chocolates and cake good.”

“I ordered flowers on Thursday to be delivered for Saturday and after being convinced via email on Saturday that delivery would be happen , they didn't actually arrive untill Monday! You advertise next day delivery but even with plenty 2 days notice the flowers were still late and delivered at s time that wasn't requested. Although they were lovely flowers , the customer service department should not have given me false information claiming delivery on the Saturday was going ahead.”

“I was absolutely thrilled with the service from Serenata Flowers! I ordered a dozen yellow roses for my Grandma for her 80th birthday, but had only thought to do it the evening before. With Serenata I was still able to order next day delivery but also even able to specify to have them delivered before 10:30am when I knew that she would be in. She absolutely loved them! The roses were really healthy and the colouring was beautiful. Throughout the whole process I also received a number of updates from Serenata Flowers that were just so friendly and personable, and made the whole process even more enjoyable. I can't recommend their service highly enough - thank you Serenata Flowers!”

“I would never use them again I could've just bought a bunch from. Tesco for £5 and got a cabbie to drop it off. £20 knock. Was embarrassed when had seen what I got for 20. Had apologise to the wife. if I had told her how much I paid she would have gone livid 😡”

“First delivery turned up, the flowers were upside down and ruined. Admittedly they did agree to resend the flowers the next day, they were to be delivered to a shop, so the 7pm delivery was no good as there was no one there to collect, no card was left. So don't know how to rearrange delivery. No contact phone number to speak to anyone. SO no idea where the flowers are now, must be ruined by now, Will not be using again”

“The flowers are fine . Delivery service is terrible. Don't deliver and then say they were unable to deliver . Because of this the 'fresh ' flowers have been in a van for almost 32 hours ! Wouldn't use them again”

“Flowers were not delivered on the requested date which was unacceptable! Furthermore very poor customer service too! No management or facility to call either making complaints process even more frustrating! Will never order from this company again!!”

“What a Disappointment to hear back from family, attending a funeral where i ordered a bouquet of flowers from you to be delivered to the funeral home on friday the 15th September 2017 whilst the flowers arrived, NO MESSAGE WITH THE FLOWERS (THATS RIGHT NO MESSAGE) WITH THE FLOWERS, Just flowers, my family asked where the flowers from Ireland were ? they were told there was flowers left into the funeral home, but no name they then contacted you, REMEMBER ?? (Maybe not), and then, a card was sent to match the flowers after the funeral was long over, so disappointed Never again will i use you service.”

“Ordered flowers for my mum's birthday, but they arrived at 9:30pm. The flowers were lovely, but what's the point if they didn't even arrive during the day while we were celebrating? Quite disappointed overall, since I have used the services of Serenata Flowers before and have not had such a problem.”

“I bought my girlfriend some roses from you and when they came they wasn't really fresh as with in a day they started to wilt and die. But a single roses came with it and that seems to be lasting for better and longer .I'm not impressed with this”

“Recipient was very happy with the flowers, said they were very fresh (not sure if they were just being polite). Unfortunately I had bought them for the opening night if her play and they didn't get delivered until after she had left for the theatre so was a bit of a waste of time!!”
