The flowers were nice and the customer service I received via Facebook was prompt and professional. The issue was with delivery - the delivery did not occur when it was booked to on two occasions, which made it very difficult for my sister to receive her flowers. This was frustrating for myself and her. Customer services are following this up however, which is good

Tried to order with my 15 per cent discount! Impossible so paid full price! Took ages to order because of this!

Flowers for loved one not received by funeral directors until after the funeral even though the time was put on the order. More than disappointed to say the least.

I PAID £9.99 for delivery BEFORE MIDDAY and the surprise was spoilt by them not arriving until 12:55. I hah to tell the recipient to stay in as she told me she was going out at about 12:15!

Arrived next day at 7.15pm, was not exactly what was ordered. The colours of the flowers were not as purchased Slightly over priced.

The flowers were not delivered, neither on the delivery day nor the day after. I was neither kept informed about about the progress of he delivery nor about the fact that the delivery was not effected.

The delivery was fast and efficient. I can vouch for their efficiency because I always order bouquets from them. Superb quality too! I love it!!!

The flowers were for the mother of a friend who passed away. She is now 84 and it was her birthday. For the last 20 years since my friend passed away her mother has had flowers from me on this day. You were a day late delivering the flowers and hence a complete waste of money. It spoilt my friend's mother's birthday to not have the flowers from me. It does not mean ANYTHING to deliver after her birthday!!!! I am very upset!!!

Awful website that does not work properly, no time to change or amend order despite the website saying I did have time, no response through Facebook when I asked for help. Will not be using again as this proved to be a very stressful experience and I ended up having to just allow flowers to be delivered to an address where I knew there was going to be no one home for another 2 days as they had gone away unexpectedly.

Flowers were thrown over the side gate and damaged. I paid for a birthday balloon but there wasn't one delivered

Some "thank you " flowers ordered to be sent to Customer Services Manager of Betterlife, part of the Lloyds Pharmacy Group based in Chorley Lancs, for 2 adjustable beds. Ordered 22 September 2017 from Florist claiming to be in Chorley. The flowers should have been delivered yesterday. However, it's now nearly 7.30pm, on the 24 September and flowers still not delivered, although name and work address provided. A refund has been refused, and the company have breached their contract. Final opportunity to deliver to them tomorrow 25 September. If no delivery by then, my bank will refund the money I paid to Serenta and claim the money I paid back from them. Flowers not delivered as ordered on 22/09/2017, for delivery on 23/09/2017. I have been refused a refund because they say the courier couldn't find the address, although the name of person, name of street, postal town and postal code were provided. I have been refused a refund, so have given them full address ( which is the recipients work address) and "without prejudice" agreed so long as they are delivered tomorrow 25/09/2017 between 8.00am and 5.00pm, the matter is closed. If not I will proceed to use my bank's resolution scheme to claim a refund. This is covered by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If paid for by Credit Card, use the Consumer Credit Act 1975. Jim A Welfare Rights Lawyer

The flowers were dreadful! Looked Nothing like the picture when ordering, many were dried out & dying on arrival. They were certainly Not a luxury bouquet, I've bought better from the supermarket &/or gas station. Very disappointed at the quality, especially as they were sent as a surprise gift delivery. Also, we Didn't like the fact that they were crumpled up & delivered inside a box! We Wouldn't recommend to anybody nor order from you again.

I thought I was dealing with a local florist to where the flowers were to be delivered as it showed up on the map of the town. It failed to deliver on the day requested and confirmed by Serenata, failed to advise me of this and four days later I still await an explanation. It is an impossible company to deal with - you cannot speak to anyone only message via two very slow links - Only then did I realise that Serenata Flowers is an internet company and not a florist in the town I looked up. On checking on the internet it says it is based in Bristol but the telephone number does not exist. I repeatedly asked for its telephone number to speak to the Managing Director and this was ignored. as not only did it fail to honour the delivery date as agreed, it would it not make amends for its error by delivering immediately . In fact could not deliver for a further two days ???? why???? no reason given. Any other company would pull out the stops to rectify the mistake and appease the customer. Not Serenata Flowers - this apparently was beyond their control to do. Appalling customer service. I subsequently learned that the company is based in Malta. I spent an entire day messaging to and fro to try and get the order sorted and in the end cancelled - but it refused to cancel - the flowers were intended to be received prior to a very important and traumatic medical consultation to cheer up but in fact was not sent until several days after. This company does not know the meaning of good customer relations. And I still wait to hear why the delivery did not take place when it should have done. Never never again ...........

I was happy with how easy the website was to navigate and the flower delivery. However, I feel the bunch looked unprofessional for the amount of money spent, the bunch was very small and I couldve bought better from a garage. The roses then died after only two days. Extremely unhappy with this.
