“The flowers were lovely, I was a little bit disappointed that the box was dented, and a couple of the flowers had broken in transit. A get well gift for my mum, she did love the colours.”

“Flowers were left outside, upside down on porch even though my wife was at home and the dog would have heard anyone knocking. When she opened the flowers - they were almost dead and the petals were covered in black marks. A old green tissue was used to supply them water and for some reason there was a broken stick in with them. I would NOT recommend this company. Thanks for ruining our wedding anniversary.”

“I arranged & paid for flowers to arrive the next day, but because i ordered 2 bunches my order was put on hold, the email asking me to get in touch went to my junk box so i was unaware until the next day when i tried to track the order, as they didnt try and contact me by phone. i contacted them and asked for them to be delivered the following morning as they were a leaving present for 2 colleagues at work however they said i would need to pay an extra £5.99. The flowers arrived late afternoon, both squashed into one box and looking rather pathetic. i would have been better off going to the local petrol station!”

“Ordered for a friend who had just moved. Gave the correct address in a flatted area and asked for the courier to 'knock loudly'. However they had not checked it was the right flat and left them, to then find their eventual way to the right flat nearly two days later. Saying that my friend was very pleased with them. But it's a shame she missed two days of their beauty!”

“The flowers have still not been delivered 3 days after ordering. Have contacted the customer service still no response. Money taken from my account. Have had to ask if they have been delivered to my friend who has had a new baby so has totally ruined the surprise.”

“My friend didn't receive the flowers, wasn't home but apparantly they were deliveredand signed for. Good contact initially but now no wod since I asked for a copy of the delivery note and evidence of who signed for them. These were sympathy flowers on the death of a close relative of my friend. Very disappoined, wont be using this company again.”

“Very poor service, flowers were delivered and left behind a gate with no card left for my mum to even know they had been delivered. Flowers that arrived looked nothing like what I ordered either! Very disappointed won't be ordering from there again!”

“I asked for flowers to be left at the rear of the house cos that's the entrance they use and they were left at the front and not discovered for 3 days. This flower delivery was urgent for a very ill relative. Not good enough.”

“DISGRACEFUL ....I ordered from Australia, for an 80th birthday. My sister-in-law said they were quite old and brown when they arrived. So So disappointing for her, I think you should send her a fresh bunch of flowers.”

“1st time using Serenta. I live in Los Angeles & like to try a local florist when possible. I ordered an autumn arrangement for my aunt & Uncle as a “thank you & Anniversary” combined. They were over the moon & two weeks later the arrangement is still beautiful.”

“Flowers turned on time but not as expected . On your website you sell flowers arranged in a presentable way. You pay a florist for the flowers to be presented at the door in a bouquet - not a cardboard box !! The flowers were unfortunately boxed and they required arranging , along with the fact some of the roses had started to go brown. Wont be using you again !”
