The service from beginning to end was excellent and kept me informed every step of the way. I saw the flowers that were delivered and they were not what you would get from a florist. I think that you get what you pay for.

Flowers not delivered and unable to speak to anyone you can only fill in a form. They took four days to contact the courier and despite being initially told they were left in an authorised outbuilding as no one was there. This is a junior school and manned all day. They then said the flowers were left in reception. Everywhere was checked and no flowers found. I used this company as they had such good reviews, but funnily enough if you read the bad reviews they are all has a similar experience to mine. Would not recommend them and will never use them again. I unfortunately did not pay by credit card so I have no redress.

The flowers apparently were lovely but were left on doorstep where anyone walking past could of taken them

I am very dissapointed, it wasn't worth my money. My mum was really upset as the flower box was damaged and the flower was half out of its wase.. This is the 2nd time i ordered from this site.. never again..

Flowers were delivered in time. Problem was in not telling the Funeral director to remove the packaging! We only got to see this when the flowers were displayed. Could not check the right flowers had been sent as we could not see them! I did manage to crouch down and retrieve and open the card. Not the best quality. Bit embarrassed by the faux pas. Serenata did agree to tell Funeral Directors to remove packaging after 3 emails......

I ordered flowers for my daughter, but they were not delivered until a day after they were due. The messages I received were contradictory and although the flowers did at last arrive, as mentioned in other reviews, there is no easy way to contact the company. I have used the company a number of times over the years, but looking at the recent reviews, they seem to be going downhill and I'm not at all sure I shall use them again - there are plenty of alternatives out there.

Roses that were part of the bouquet died within a day. This is not the first time this has happened. Disappointed as both times they were a gift. Customer service was unhelpful. Will not order from them again

My Order did not arrive the day it was meant to, supposedly damaged in transit. I then had an email saying , that my order was being despatched the following day (a day late) which again did not arrive. I then cancelled my order as the Birthday had been and gone. I then received and email saying my order was being despatched by at "Knight" chauffeur driven one! which again did not arrive. Therefore I was extremely disappointed in your company. The only positive thing is that you did answer my emails promptly. I have had a refund.

Flowers got delivers in a box with teddy and balloon thought would be a nice surprise for my fiancé she opened the box the balloon was burst would not return here

Would definitely NOT use them again, ordered for a friend and then found out that they had to take an urgent trip away to see a dying relative and so would not be at home for at least a week. Called Serenata and they refused to delay the delivery despite the circumstances. I had to drive for an hour each way to go and collect the flowers which had been dumped on my friends doorstep and would have stayed there (or been taken) for a least a week. Totally inflexible company and will happily pay a local florist a little bit more and have a more personal service. Flowers were definitely not worth the money either.

Serenata flowers are usually beautiful quality. However my latest order wasn’t very good at all. Many of the flowers had already started to go over and many of the roses had very brown petals. Disappointed this time around!

I ordered flowers for my mother's birthday, and they didn't get delivered on her birthday, they were a day late. No explanation given other than something went wrong.

They failed to deliver my order once, and haven't told me if the second attempt succeeded or not. The address was a tricky one, so I'm a little forgiving.

I placed three orders on the same day. Two were delivered next day as promised. The third was not delivered and the company didn't know until I told them I didn't have a delivery confirmation, very dissappointing they don't have their own follow up system! After several (cumbersome to do on website) emails and website correspondences, they couldn't deliver on the day after I notified them. I was told the couriers schedule and that was it! No effort made to correct the problem they had caused. I thought a seperate courier could have been used. No offer of monetary compensation was made, even though I did not want this. The flowers were for my cousin whose sister had passed away. I'm now hoping she gets them before leaving for the funeral. Dissappointed!

Flowers ordered 29th October for delivery 30th October, never turned up. Complained and was assured they would be there on 31st October, again no show. Flowers turned up today with the original despatch label on of 29th, and they were dead. They were a birthday present and I was highly embarrassed, they'd been in the box for 4 days. I did get a refund, but was given the impression they were sending a new bunch, not the original dead ones. The bouquet bore no resemblance to the photo and I paid £4.99 for extra flowers. Very unhappy

Delivered next day. Beautiful bouquet of flowers. So big the recipient had to use 2 vases! Great service. Would use again.
