There were 3 lily buds broken off and a rose had a broken stem. The undamaged flowers were lovely. Kevin

The bouquet was apparently lovely when it arrived, but when I saw it on the second day after delivery, of the 3 roses in the bouquet, 2 were dead. First time I'd ordered from Serenata and this was disappointing.

Ordered flowers and a balloon to be sent on Saturday but didn't get there 😔 I wanted them to be received on this day as there going away soon and won't get to enjoy the flowers as long .

Didn't deliver on the day requested Didn't deliver to the address change that was requested because you didn't deliver on the day requested Refunded 15% instead of the £15 you said you would refund Flowers were left over the weekend at the office because you got the change of address wrong No delivery card Wont be using you again to deliver birthday flowers

The email I received stated that my delivery was with a chaffeaur. Actually my delivery was with a white van driver that delivers every kind of goods going.

I think it should be moe clear when placing the order it is next day but can be up untill 9 This was not acceptable for a delivery to an office for my dear friend which was her last day at work. She did not get to receive her flowers as was delivered to an office next door after 5.30. I also feelits very frustrating that you do not have a contact number I will say you did respond back to my email quickly but thought you would like to know that the hours of delivery should be when ordering not in terms and conditions many thanks Fiona

Absolutely disgraceful service. I decided to use Serenata Flowers for the first time to order a bouquet for my sister's 50th birthday. I ordered in good time for delivery on her actual birthday but they didn't arrive that day. I got an email at 16:57 that day stating that the flowers could not be delivered due to a problem with the courier. If I had received a phone call, I could have sorted out something else as I am a firm believer of gifts being received on the actual birthday. Very disappointed. On top of that, when I emailed Serenata Flowers to complain I never even received a response. I note the website also states they work around the clock, so I would have expected that if they had an issue with the courier that day, that they could have rearranged the delivery with a different courier. I would not recommend this company to anyone else and I will go back to using all the other florists who have never let me down.

A mixed bag. We bought an orchid planter a couple of months ago and it was excellent - loads of stems and impressive blooms. This time however, the same planter had half the stems and smaller blooms - a lot of which were damaged. All in all a bit sorry for itself and not at all what I was hoping for or expected. And it was too late to deliver a replacement in time. To be fair, Serenata did give a full refund - but I had to insist after being fobbed off with a redelivery within 3 months at first, with no acknowledgement that I had already said I wanted a refund. And it's so frustrating to have to do everything by email, even though there is reference to a phone line on the FAQs I certainly had no luck tracking it down.

Sent plants to my mum. Got a text on delivery day with an hour slot for delivery. Plant delivered within this time. Mum said they were in excellent condition with plenty of buds as well as flowers and they should last the winter season.

Floweres arrived at 5.30pm after my Mrs had finished work, the drive just thrown the box on the floor with no care. Then to top it all off half of the roses were in bad condition. My 12 year anniversary gift didn't go down to well. Disappointed to be honest

Ordered bunch of flowers on 1st December to arrive 7th December, six days to send, but they send out on 6th. It’s now 10th and no flowers. Birthday has came and gone now, no phone number to contact them just email Pathetic

Ordered 4days in advance and still they did not reach on the expected day . A day late for a birthday. They were apologetic . Flowers were nice . But time keeping was disappointing.

Flowers were not delivered on the day that was requested. The recipient has now gone on holiday and the flowers have been left outside of her home to rot for the next 4 days. A whole refund is definitely deserved as this is now a completely pointless gift. I have not received this and don’t recommend seranata to anybody who wants their flowers delivered on time!

The delivery was a day late. Everything else can be perfect but the delivery date is pretty important for a birthday!

I ordered the largest option in a bouquet for my mother's birthday from overseas. My mother reported the bouquet was both huge and the flowers beautiful, so 5* on that score. What was far from beautiful was the delivery! Thrown over the back gate to land on the ground in the back yard! I was aghast when she told me, have never known anything like that. So for that would only rate 2* were it not for the quality of flowers. I chose the option " knock loudly" at point of order, which did not happen as my mother was at home at time of delivery. Very disappointed. Would not use them again. Plenty of other options out there.

They were ordered for Monday 5/12, not delivered, I was called on Tues to check the address which was correct, no real apology. It is Friday now, and I have received an email from the company saying they have been delivered but they have not. My mother's birthday flowers are now 4 days late and they were ordered at least a week in advance. DO NOT USE THE COMPANY

Truthfully, very disappointed. £23 for flowers I could have got from Lidl for £5. Ordered for my Nan from my grandfather for their 59th wedding anniversary. Won’t be using again.
