“Ordered some lovely flowers with free next day delivery to a place of work. I was kept updated on the progress of the order via email and notified when delivered. Definitely will use again”

“Delivery was on time but they have left the box front of the door and didn't even ring the bell or knock the door there were 2 people at home that time ! And also all the roses were old and nearly dead as you can see on the photos ! I have paid for the old flowers ! It was my first and last time to use serenata-flowers and won't order from them anymore !”

“Beautiful flowers. I did however have to change the bouquet. Didn't mind this as i knew it was last minute. However when you ring please leave a number for urgent return calls that are needed.”
