“Easy to order online and the recipient has reported back and said how lovely the flowers were and how happy they made her at a sad time in her life.”

“Positives: I understand the flowers were beautiful so very happy about that. I think they are reasonably priced and the website is good and easy to use. Negatives: They didn't arrive on the specified day (a birthday) as the recipient was out. I had left an instruction to leave them in the porch so this was really disappointing. Very frustrating then not to be able to call and speak to someone at Serenata. Sometimes you do need a phone number to call.”

“Flowers were fine but the vase arrived smashed and their customer service won't replace it. They did offer a refund, but their policy is not to offer a replacement when things are broken. So now I have to order again from someone else. Very dissatisfied overall.”

“Flowers were delivered promptly the next day from ordering. Two sets to the same address. Came in boxes which made for a better surprise when opening. Both apparently lovely. Very easy to order and plenty of choice. Would highly recommend.”

“Beautiful Butterfly Orchid arrived for my Wife on her Lady Presidents to the ladies of Mellor & Townscliffe Golf Club. They were as advertised and arrived on time, which was arranged to coincide with her being presented to the ladies at breakfast. Many thanks for such an excellent service.”
