“This company is a disgrace. The flowers were for a Birthday to be sent to a workplace, but weren't delivered on the day, reportedly 'unable to deliver'. They were delivered the following day and what a disappointment. Many petals had already fallen off and the rest were turning brown. Never seen such a poor bunch of flowers. I just wonder how fresh they were. Needless to say, I will never use the company again, and will spread the word about what a sham they are.”
