“Very pleased with purchase, easy to use website, good selection of bouquets to choose from & my daughter inlaw has said the flowers are beautiful. Delivered the next day by lunchtime I also included an anniversary card too. Thank you I will use you again.”

“The plant arrived in a bedraggled state. Half of one side seemed to be nearly dead. Also I couldn't use the discount code on checkout. It is supposed to be refunded after delivery was made but hasn't been so far. I have used Serenata before and always been very satisfied indeed - but not this time . Very disappointing.”

“Flowers arrived ok. Caused major upset as addressed to the wrong recipient (deceased) despite the order saying otherwise. Had a vague apology blaming everyone but themselves. Won't use again. Still waiting for a refund to compensate.”
