“I bought a bouquet from Serenata Flowers for my sister who had just come home from an operation. On the phone she told me how delighted she was with the flowers. She lives in Bristol and I live in Devon so I didn't get to see the bouquet myself. However, her response was 5 star. Easy to order, prompt delivery and a great price. I can fully recommend Serenata Flowers.”

“Failed to deliver on the first attempt due to the recipient not being in. They tried again the next day and made delivery. Not too shabby for a free delivery service, two deliveries. Recipient seemed well impressed with the flowers so win win. Although I do not live in Derby or the surrounding area and Serenata was just stab in the dark, seems I picked a good one and shall know who to call next time and it won't be ghost busters. Thank you.”

“Flowers were not as picture, petals falling off just after delivery. Chose to have more flowers sent rather than refund, to be delivered on Saturday. Still no flowers and it is Monday!!”

“This was a brilliant service! I received emails letting me know when the flowers were on their way and again when they'd been delivered. The flowers were beautiful and very good value. All in all a fantastic experience - thank you!”

“it was a very easy process to place order and organise from the other side of the world and flowers were delivered as promised, however from the picture I received from the recipient, I was a little disappointed in the flowers compared to the picture on the website. good service however”
