“Ordered flowers , Colourburst, for an elderly friend who is not very well. Ordered Saturday for Sunday delivery. They were delivered mid morning on Sunday and my friend is thrilled with them. She said they are beautiful and really cheered her up. Once again thank you Serenata for an excellent service. I wouldn't go anywhere else now for flowers.”

“The flowers that i ordered for my girlfriend's birthday were old. It was a bouquet from 45 pound and some of the flowers were brown on arrival. Others died after one day. Also i think the bouquet was too small for the money. Serenata flowers did deal with the complaint and have Promiss a refund but it ruïned my surprise. Sorry Serenata flowers i dont know where those flowers came from but If i were you i wouldnt order from that supplier again.”

“I ordered a Beautiful bouquet of flowers and some praline cakes for my Nanna. All I can say is she was over joyed when they arrived. Came on time, the whole process was done online. I found it extremely easy and convenient. I will be using again. Thank you for helping surprise my Nanna xx”

“The Flowers were deliverd okay but the standard was below my expectations and started show signs of deterioration after a couple of days even though we followed the instructions sent with the flowers. So all in all very dissapointing bearing in mind the cost.”
