“I have ordered two lots of flowers from Serenata within a week for different people for different reasons. Both deliveries were received as promised the following day and the recipients were delighted with the fantastic quality and appearance of the bouquets. Would definitely recommend this company. Fantastic!! Thankyou.”

“Flowers arrived next day as I paid 10£ for it to arrive before 1030.i got emailed when they were delivered too. Unfortunately the flowers started dying by day 3.... Quality wasn't great...”

“I needed flowers in a hurry, web site was quick and easy to use and managed to get next day delivery at no extra cost. Friend said flowers were "absolutely beautiful". I would definitely use again.”

“I ordered and paid extra to have same day flowers delivered. I kept checking the tracking all day and it kept saying 'flowers being put together'. It wasn't until 24 hours later that the flowers were delivered and when challenged the company said that they had attempted delivery twice the first day with no response - not possible as the flowers were to someone living in a small flat with no possibility of not hearing the door and who received 7 other parcels that day! DO NOT USE”

“When ordering the flowers I chose a specific Bouquet mainly due to the colours and while I appreciate it will not be exactly as the picture I would expect the coulours to at least be the same. I ordered a bouquet for a colleagues birthday And chose pink with some whites but when they were delievered ended up with peach and purple ? I feel this is quite disappointing.”

“I sent flowers to a customer who had recently suffered a loss of a family member and they were delivered quickly with no issues and for a reasonable price. Very happy with the service and will definitely use again in the future. Thank you”

“The flowers were great but unfortunately I accidentally ordered them twice and had know way of cancelling them. The website is a bit confusing and I tried to change the order slightly. There was no way to cancel one of the orders and I received two automated replies saying my they had both already gone to delivery. I realised as soon as I had clicked on the wrong button, what I had done. They insisted I could not cancel as it was less than 24 hours before delivery! I felt this was very bad service and I will not use this website again.”

“Easy to place an order online. My girlfriend was very impressed with here bouquet of flowers which were delivered to her work on the time slot I wanted. Great communication with serenata flowers also. Will definitely be using these people again. Highly recommend by me.”
