“Have to be honest that I was disappointed with the flowers as they didn't even last a week. However, the complaints process was very straightforward and I was very happy with the swiftness of their response. Brand new bouquet sent out day after my complaint, free of charge. Seemed much better quality. Disappointing, but at least excellent customer services and very good communication.”

“Flowers were delivered on the correct day although in the evening and left on the doorstep instead of someone ringing the door bell (my friend was home ) I had to text my friend to go to the door to check they had been delivered. Beautiful flowers as described and good email updates hence why I knew the flowers should have arrived and got my friend to check”
