“Unable to deliver after accepting my order and payment. I was only notified by email, no apology telephone call. I was then advised my refund may take up to 5 days. Shocking service. My first and last experience with Serenata Flowers.”

“Excellent service, easy to use website and large choice of bouquets to suit all pockets. Delivery has been on time and you recieve an email to day delivery has been despatched and when it has been delivered. My mum has been delighted with the bouquets she has recieved.”

“I have twice ordered flowers from this company and have been very impressed with the whole service. Although i have not seen the bouquets delivered my mum has said both have been beautiful and lasted well. The website is easy to use and the first time i used them i didnt't order until 8pm and the flowers arrived by midday the next day. I would not hesitate to recommend Serenata Flowers and will definitely use again.”

“The flowers were for my daughter in law it was her Birthday. Also it was on a Sunday. The basket of roses arrived on SUNDAY morning! My daughter in law said that they were really lovely! And that she never excepted a delivery on her Birthday being as it was on a Sunday Great trust in Serenata flowers they always get it right Thank you so much Margaret”

“I have just heard today from a friend ,that the flowers sent on Saturday 6th August were not in perfect condition. She was in the recipients home just after their arrival and saw damaged blooms, .The recipient didn't make any comment,but i suspect she was too embarrassed to complain. Sorry Serenata I wont be using you again.”
