“The flowers were not delivered. I may have given the wrong address but the one I gave did not excist even though the company did. When I asked what happened I got told the flowers were delivered but have since found out they were not after talking to several people that the driver tried to deliver to they said he took the flowers back.but I received a mail to say delivered,so how did that happen, I am still waiting to hear but have been told the flowers can be redelivered for 50% cost which I think is very poor service when I was told they had been delivered. I admit I got the postcode wrong but the name of the company that the delivery person had was correct so why did he not ask. You had my mobile.. Frustrated and disappointed ..”
