“I ordered flowers for my wife birthday, they lasted less than one week and because I complained on the 8th day, this was not upheld due to your policy of 7 days. Those flowers I would have reasonably expected to last two weeks we total rubbish, it would appear you reasonably expect them to last 7 days only with your policy. Shocking. I have complained and you were very sorry but I am appalled as your product is clearly not for for purpose.”
