“I had to order same day flowers and wow they came through at around 4pm. They looked absolutely fantastic and can tell they were very fresh. My mum for whom they were for absolutely loved them. Top marks Serenata!!”

“My Brother and Sister in law received the flowers and wine as stated and I have visited them today and the flowers are just going over, but still looking good. I don't know about the wine as I wasn't offered any! It was still unopened as they had been poorly. All in all a very pleasant experience from start to finish.”

“I have recently moved to Australia from the uk and had some devastating news about a good friends father passing away we ordered a lovely bouquet (obviously haven't seen myself but my friend said it was lovely) it was delivered the next day and I was kept up to date with emails along the way will definitely use again and recommend”

“High Street Florist standard. Blooms looked as fresh as if straight from wholesale market. Lots of vase life left after day of delivery. Unusual and creative mix of varieties and imaginative use of colour in bouquet. Great value for money. Serenata offers "next day" service without extra charge. Brilliant! User-friendly website, too.”

“Living internationally (Australia) and not knowing local florists, you have to take a chance. I am so pleased I took the chance with Serenata Flowers. They delivered on time, were what I ordered and the recipient positively delighted. I can highly recommend the company on the experience I have had and will be ordering from them in future without hesitation.”

“The gifts I ordered were for my mothers birthday, I ordered a card, balloon, cake and bouquet as I'm abroad and unable to celebrate with her. They weren't delivered on the day as courier couldn't find address, which was the right address. Therefore the gifts were delivered two days after the fact, hence the token lost all meaning and value. I was not offered any recompense, refund or a single stem for the delay in delivery or emotional damage done, seeing as my mother thought I'd forgotten her birthday.”
