“I have no idea what the flowers looked like as they were never actually delivered! And no update on delivery either! So disappointed. After a few emails they apologised and offered redelivery or full refund and seeing as the moment had passed i asked for refund which they gave me, no problem. Such a shame though..”

“Wilting flower Cheap cellophane No ribbons or bows No card I was too embarrassed to give them as a thank you. I expected much more for my £35. I am happy for you to contact me to discuss.”

“Majorly dissapointed with these, moved my usual trust from the leading brand to yourselves and couldn't have made bigger mistake, more expensive and actual product dreadful. Surprising thing was I know the florist who delivered the bouquet and from experience they are great, I can only presume you have a pay them sod all contract which reflects in the end product be sub standard, shame the card shows them as supplier and not your web site. Lesson learned never again.”

“Amazing!! Ordered the night before my mothers birthday and they were delivered first thing when she woke up which was fantastic service ! Thankyou . Great prices , beautiful flowers , will defiantly use again! Highly recommend”

“I am very disappointed with the flowers delivered on my birthday, Aug 12 th , from my son. A lot of buds had fallen off the lilies and the remainder were very crushed, the roses did not look too healthy either. By Saturday 19th, most of the flowers had died. In my experience roses and lilies will easily last for two weeks. Very disappointing! B”
