“I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my sister in law. They arrived, as promised, on Sunday 20 August and she was delighted with them and said they were gorgeous. I particularly liked the emails from Serenata Flowers which I found very amusing regarding the order and the despatch. Thank you.”

“Beautiful flowers which I sent to a close friend, delivered on Sunday so brilliant. A shame you forgot the message card, so she didn't know who had sent them. It was only when she put them on Facebook, asking who had sent them to her, that I contacted her to say they were from me. Please try to remember messsge card, as it's as important as the flowers”

“Booked late afternoon and arrived on time the next day which was a Sunday! My mum said the flowers were v pretty though freesias were all in bud, so 4/5 stars. Thank you!”

“I ordered flowers as a gift for my best friend, she was delighted with them. There was a slight misunderstanding with the delivery which was totally my fault. Seranata responded very quickly to my emails and I am more than happy with the service they provided. Beautiful flowers, delivered on time at a great price. Happy days!”

“I have no idea what the flowers looked like as they were never actually delivered! And no update on delivery either! So disappointed. After a few emails they apologised and offered redelivery or full refund and seeing as the moment had passed i asked for refund which they gave me, no problem. Such a shame though..”

“Majorly dissapointed with these, moved my usual trust from the leading brand to yourselves and couldn't have made bigger mistake, more expensive and actual product dreadful. Surprising thing was I know the florist who delivered the bouquet and from experience they are great, I can only presume you have a pay them sod all contract which reflects in the end product be sub standard, shame the card shows them as supplier and not your web site. Lesson learned never again.”
