“Flowers were delayed so didn't arrive for my cousin's birthday. However, They were delived on the next date chosen and I was emailed to say they'd been delivered and taken by recipient. Hence the 3 stars. Serenata were prompt in replying to my complaint and kept me in touch the whole time. They also deducted a few pounds in compensation.”

“The flowers were ok but the delivery let them down..They did not knock at the door, or ring the bell, just left the flowers lying on the step..Only pure luck they were found! Not happy...”

“Beautiful flowers, but your delivery service leaves a lot to be desired, they made no effort to deliver the flowers to me, even though I was at home awaiting delivery. The flowers were delivered 6 doors away from me and being disabled I could not go and collect them, this led to great stress as I had to call on a friend to change their plans in order to drive 10 miles to come to my assistance. Very unimpressive delivery which has a very negative impact on the likelihood of repeat business from me. Price and quality of flowers were top class - pity about your choice of delivery courier.Worth thinking about this as it is damaging your business.”

“I have no idea what the vase of white roses looked like and am worried now reading the reviews after the fact. Though I had already decided not to use this florist again as the progress notes were so stupid and inane.”

“Arrived on time but disappointed with the roses as different colour to what I had expected from the photo and the ferns missing. Nethertheless, the recipient was pleased with the bouquet.”

“I was a little disappointed with the flower arrangement for my gf. It does say that some come in the form of buds, but I don’t see many buds in the photo she sent me and it just does not look as colorful and vibrant as the advertisement on the website. Not many flowers for $65. I’ve attached a comparison photo for reference. Also, she said the driver left the flowers outside her gate by the road where anyone could have stolen them. Not good.”

“The flowers looked good on line and they were reasonably priced. They were delivered on the right day and the recipient was pleased with them. However, I had an email from Serenta to say that the delivery had failed so I am not sure why that had been sent, I did respond to the email to let them know that the delivery had in fact been successful.”

“Serenta flowers delivered a bouquet on the day but they looked nothing like the flowers I had ordered. I paid for a larger bouquet and it looked like they delivered the smaller one anyway. Not thrilled.”

“Apparently the flowers inside the box were lovely, but the outer box casing was squashed and ripped, the flowers had obviously tipped over and the card was soaking wet. A bit disappointing when the delivery already looks like the dog has had a go at it first! Maybe you should speak to the couriers concerned.”

“The first flowers delivered were almost dead they looked as though they had been cut for ages as the stalks were black , after getting in touch with serenata s they straight away offered to send more flowers which were delivered the next day these looked a lot healthier so will hopefully last a while , such a shame they couldn't have sent fresh ones in the first place”
