“One knock on the door and before my wife could even answer was dumped on the door step. Also flowers looked a little tired”

“The delivery process was fine, the valentine flowers arrived half dead but a free replacement was offered and arrived two days later which has helped so thanks for your understanding”

“Communication a nightmare. No way of actually getting a phone number and speaking to someone. Be warned they will not give you a delivery time slot on valentines day. Thankfully it worked out this time but could have been a disaster if my valentine had returned to London early”

“Most of my deliveries arrive very late in the day. Valentine’s Day, they arrived so late that my gf had gone home. Disappointing.”

“Ordered 24 roses for valentines. Flowers had already started to turn on delivery, not worth the money paid. I would think about buying flowers from supermarket etc? As the value and quality is better in my opinion, the flowers were not worth what was paid.”

“The Yodel delivery man knocked, dropped the box on the outside floor and ran off... really unhappy with the service but the flowers were ok, was disappointed as didn't match local florist quality or delivery.”

“Bought two lots of flowers one delivery fine but the second delivery as I have already informed they were damaged the wooden stick was broken and 4 rose heads had been broken off. I have been asked for photos for proof but I am unable to do this as the person whom received them has gone to London for a few days. The flowers were just fine it was the delivery”

“I have used serenata previously and have never been disappointed. However the flowers I ordered for my mum this week were not as good as usual. They looked tired and listless. I ordered them on behalf of my father who passed away 6year's ago. I do feel let down.”
