“I ordered the B&M Ixon IQ Premium light with rechargeable batteries and charger from you. So far, the batteries will not accept a charge. I am trying to figure out if the problem is with the charger, the batteries, or the light. I'll let you know what I find out and how we can resolve this issue.”

“I ordered a MTB tyre from Bicycle Hero. It arrived in good condition and it was the correct product that I ordered. The only downside was that the order took 30 days to arrive to Australia from Korea, when the website indicates 10-14 days delivery. Bicycle Hero customer support responded within 24 hours when I emailed them to ask why it was taking so long. Overall it was a good service, but slower shipping than promised. If they improve dispatch efficiency then I would give 5 stars instead of 4. Thank-you.”

“My order had an estimated delivery time of 7-14 days. It showed up on day 15. That is not great but not terrible (considering it comes from Korea). The age of amazon has spoiled us so just be patient when ordering from this site.”
