“Ok... I ordered an item that was difficult to find with an internet search. This company had the item and I ordered it from them. It took an abnormal amount of time to receive the item because I think it is actually double shipped. That said I don't have a problem with the order. It took a few days longer than expected but I did receive the correct item and I'm pretty happy about it.”

“Shipping is being a nightmare. Supplier claim the package was delivered, but the tracking shows "in transit in France" when the package was to be sent to Costa Rica. I sent already 3 emails but no answer.”

“Ordered bicycle seat on Feb. 3, 2018. Received order confirmation. Heard nothing. Sent e-mail of inquiry Feb. 7. Sent another on Feb. 11. Received response Feb. 13 promising a response the next day from Rose. Never received a response. Website still shows order as "processing." If I do not get a response I will dispute charge with American Express. Order #100023843”
