“Bought a shimano octalink BB. Product was defective. I would have ruined my BB threads if I forced it. I tried to return/exchange it. I have not heard from them re return/exchange requests. Over 3 weeks now. Product was shipped from China. Do not buy from these guys.”

“The products were received nicely and correctly as I ordered. Unfortunately it did take much longer to get them delivered than the promised. I ordered on July 28, using Standard Post (7~14days). But received the package August 23.”

“I returned a pair of shoes in brand new condition weeks ago and still haven't received a refund. They were quick to communicate when I wanted to return the shoes, and issued me an RA with instructions I followed completely. After the tracking number shows the shoes arrived, I've sent multiple emails about the issue and have not received any communication. Please stay away from BicycleHero.com, they should not be trusted.”
