“I ordered my Deda bike stem on June 28 and received it Aug 1. Communication was poor and I had to contact the company multiple times to obtain a tracking number and to determine if the part was even shipped. I am a DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER !”

“The bike light I ordered arrived fine and was exactly what I expected. However, it took 10 business days to arrive from overseas. I originally chose bicyclehero.com because they listed an address in the U.S. and I thought it would just be domestic shipping and only 2-3 days.”

“The item I purchased was to be delivered in 7 - 14 days. IT WAS NOT SHIPPED UNTIL THREE WEEKS LATER ! It's now been 30 days since my purchase and i'm still waiting. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! THEY ARE DISHONEST !”

“Received my order just fine. Took about three and a half weeks from South Korea to California as expected considering it was an international order. Great company. Just be patient with your order, stop sending them email every week asking for the status of your order or when you will get your order.”

“They promised my part in 7-14 days and were to send tracking information within three days of purchase. I did NOT hear from them in over two weeks and repeatedly contacted their support. They said the cargo plane broke down and would get back to me in two days... it never happened. It's been three weeks and the part has NOT been shipped yet! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY”

“i had ordered 2 pair of my favorite BBB cycling glasses from Bicycle Hero. I was happy to see they had them as BBB no longer makes that model. After I paid I was informed they had only 1 pair left in stock. I had paid fed ex shipping due to I am back in the USA and this would be coming from s. Korea and i needed them quickly. I was updated by email consistently and my order was shipped in a proper amount of time. I received them 6 days later!My refund was promptly followed up on the remaining pair. I had read some pretty bad reviews and this made me quite nervous but my experience was very good and I would recommend them. I do suggest you get tracked shipping if you live outside that country. It just makes for an easier process and it ensures you get what you ordered. Maisy in Texas”
